It's always good to have new bots
Adds more variety to the game. Although I hope these bots will be balanced and not make any other older bots redundant in the process of implementing them into the game

I knew it. They tested the Dash bots separately. What do you mean? EDIT: OHHH, are you referring to people saying that the MKII was a different version of the MKI? Like a replacement? And the MKIII was the final revision? Yeah... Starting with the Camelot bots, and then the WW bots, they have set a pattern of 1 Light, 1 Med, and 1 Heavy. They release in packs of 3, apparently, so I was guessing from the beginning that theses were gonna be released in the same pattern. |

How did DarkAngel get all that forum gold? Was if from the time when the bank was paying 10,000% interest per pay or something crazy...?  On topic... does that mean Pix weren't modifying one new bot on the test server, but were testing three different bots...? ... it's getting late, and I'm sleepy... |

Yes even with the nerfing each bot slightly in 2nd wknd they were quite powerful. I don't feel like they were TOO overpowered anymore at that point as you've got to realize people won't necessarily have full hangars of these things.

That's exactly what the idea behind new releases is though! They want them to be all powerful so that they are very enticing to spend money on because there is a definite advantage to using them.

Only good thing about these is, they'll be rare on the battlefield for a long while, if they effectively will cost real money to buy for next half a year.

To be honest I would really consider paying for one after running them in the test server. I dubbed the MK2 "GodBot"
That's what they want though! They're going to make a killing if they put those things up for sale.
The problem with trying to make their money off of selling new bots and such is that they walk a fine line of ruining a good game if they don't keep the balance in check. New bots is good, it's cool, exciting... I mean yea, they've got to keep it fresh. When I first saw the Brit Bots I wasn't part of any sort of War Robots community or test server and ran into one on the field.

I thought they were gods! Really thought they were ridiculously overpowered, but now hardly bat an eye because.....well you get used to them and figure out their weakness.
The freshness is going to go stale really quickly though if things get to far out of whack over and over. How about some bonus maps? Pay to play the bonus maps? People like myself couldn't turn down missing out on juicy new maps but I can definitely turn down paying real money for anything else.
