I really love to knife fight , need to win gold (obviously) , but hate typical farming. it bores me to death to just capture beacons. For the record, the taran on the cossack is in mid-upgrade. I have some other bots in storage, most notably a death ostrich 6/8. Any friendly advice would be greatly appreciated . Attachment Deleted |

You overlevelled your Geps. Dunno which tier that puts u in, but dont level them up more. Instead weapons. U might pile some up that u'll need later on, eg 2xCRV+2xTulbas (=RDB loadout), 2xOrkan +2x Pinata (DB loadout), and 2xTaran+2xMag for Plasma loadout. Edit: I strongly advise you read the tier and matchmaking tutorials here ore on the wiki. Edit2: wrong section dude. "Clans" =/= "tips n advice"  |

Indeed overleveled ur geps...
I think this puts you in high silver or even low gold...

Why is your max damage so low? At the tier you're in, you should be running heavy bots already.

Where do you want to play? You are most likely in gold with your geps and Patton driving the tier.
For silver, light and med bots max at lvl 4 and max weps lvl12 on light and 9 on med.
If you want to knife fight in gold, that is a different game and you will need different bots to survive vs what you have (Lancelot, rhino, leo, Galahad, etc). But if you can't get new bots, learn to enjoy getting in the middle of things in low gold/hi silver and fighting hard, concentrating on leveling up weps before you level up your bots anymore. General rule of thumb oft repeated....weps 2 levels higher than your bot until you max.

Yeah, I refuse to spend real money, so I'll have to suffer through lvl 2/4 cossack farming . I really do hate it, I prefer a real fight but I've been getting fragged by aphid griffins and the like. Couple of questions, one : best setup for the cossack and two: how much longer until my precious geps are useless ?

1/8 Cossack farming is easier 10 gold than 2/4 Cossack farming btw, if you want a real fight you can take on any bronze bot with a strong enough taran.

Well, one could serve as beacon runner (since he already has it...) with a bit of bang. Just dont stand still, avoid every red and use cover like hell...
Edit: I reccomend getting level 4 meds (getting them to 4 is fast enough).
Viable.would be Patton with 4x mags or CRVs or Pins (check ranges).
Golem with thunder and plasma.
(If you have a Trident, plus tulumbas and CRV the Golem makes an excellent supporter)
Vityaz with thunder and plasma or pinatas.
Keep the cossack, ull need a capper
(Just some quick thoughts after looking at.the weps he already got).
Just dont think anyone would switch back to 1/8 Taran Cossacks for farming...^^
