So I bought a recharging defender, just one for 9.99. Two days later they remove it from the game. Now they are refusing the only return request I have ever made. I have never met a company so grimy they think they can sell you something, remove it, and replace it with whatever they like after two days. And still refuse a return.

Can you file with GooglePlay to try to get a refund that way?

Can you file with GooglePlay to try to get a refund that way? Yea I'm going that route now. I just can't believe a company thinks they can sell you something and then 2 days later switch it for something else without offering a refund. And 3000 gold really? They even compensated people with a low gold package for 9.99 like talk about scumbaggery. Like why would I ever spend money again when thats a company's attitude? They literally punished me for their bug, like somehow I should known lol

So, they release the "bug" then not even bother to fix the "bug" and just remove it but substitute with payment with whatever currency they see fit? Because Pixonic.
You could but the gold cheaper than that with the $1 deals they have all the time (if you actually wanted to).

From a short-term business standpoint it makes sense to them...keep the money and give you another currency to spend in the game. In the long-term, it's bad for customer service. It takes years to gain a loyal customer, but seconds to lose one and in today's society that one customer can reach thousands of others within minutes.

There hasn't been a positive comment on one their posts in 2 years .... yet my wait times for games have remained the same amongst all these "unhappy" people. I don't get it .... if PIX is one thing, they are genius at providing the worst product the gaming community has ever seen with the worst possible bait and switch tactics .... but everyone still plays. It's unbelievable.

I don't get it .... if PIX is one thing, they are genius at providing the worst product the gaming community has ever seen with the worst possible bait and switch tactics .... but everyone still plays. It's unbelievable. Their FB channel is a closed community so the complainers get shouted down as the sycophants defend and praise PIX enough to try and gain free swag. Reviews in app stores and platforms like Reddit and other game social media sites allow freer flow of ideas and opinions. I see the hundreds negative posts on FB whenever PIX makes a thread and the others shouting back "If you don't like it, quit" in addition to those saying they love this game and it's the best game so it's easy to ignore the negative feedback. PIX doesn't care about the negative comments. In a perfect world, the criticisms would be used to improve the game, but there are too many who spend obscene amounts of money which leave no incentive to cater to the non-spending or casual-spending customers.
