Lucky me, i know people who, just like me don't believe in all that zombie virus talk, and just like me, looooove food (some even more, one dude had 3 burger, my precious)!
Used 3,5 kg of ground beef (round), spread it gently and seasoned generously with freshly ground pepper mix and freshly ground sea salt
Gently shaped 16 burgers, oiled them up a bit so they wouldn't stick to each other and put them in the fridge
Made burger sauce with 2/5 ketchup 1/5 mayo 1/5 sour cream 0.2/5 mustard, 0.8 /5 finely chopped onions and pickles, salt and pepper
Fiered up the good ol grill
Greased up the grill with bacon
Grilled burgers on one side
Turned them and covered with cheese and bacon
Closed the lid for few moments. Warmed up the sesame buns
Assembling the components like in WS
