Well I picked up the railgun over the weekend. That joker is a hoot. One-shotting reds turned cracks me up about every time. As Koalabear and @scape211said, it can do a bit of everything, long, mid and short ( if you're careful). I'm please w my purchase. I may duplicate my LA10 at some point but that will be way down the road. Congrats! Now get yourself a 24EN mech and join the Thanos club! I’m n baby. I came off the hip when a deal popped up for Acoins, that was right after running a low 4 energy weapon w it for about 5 games, my first purchase in ages. I do want to support the game/devs , I appreciate the direction they have taken w balancing mechs and weapons etc. I’m super glad they reversed course w respect to Acoins a bit. That crap was messed up. Its still not great but it’s a step the right way. |

I did clone my LA's recently, due to still needing about 30k or so XP before I can unlock the RG, and it is definitely a good option...
But I don't think you can do better than the RG. I def need it to compete with other players in my SP range. I can still hold my own, but racking up those huge numbers is a lot harder without one. I run support when squadding with 3kSP players, Panther with SB 12x2, and focus on slowing down folk for their RGs. It works.
Dude. I thought for sure you had more exp than me. It so weird how you duplicated two weapons and I’m still waiting on blue prints for mine. I have several weapons that are just languishing in place because nothing will drop, |

I also made a few of the early starter pack purchases. So, while I am not whaling it out, I definitely was at... oh IDK... Marlin status? More than Minnow, but prolly not Dolphin level.  Either way, I am slowed down in purchases since I am mostly happy with what I have (except for that damned RG) and am just going to upgrade a bit here and there while mostly saving Acoins and Credits until I get the RG unlocked.
