In the test it seems the SFU is slightly better than PAK, but I think this is related to how the test is done.
IMO SFU is better for peek-a-boo type as it allows time for healing.
Whereas PAK is better for go Rambo type as there is not enough time for healing
Back to the test since there are some pause between Ao Jun attack so SFU has a slight edge over PAK. Result might turn out another way if it's done on Noden shooting by an AM which doesn't need to wait for reload.

You can do the math do see how long it would take to heal up the amount of health added by the PAK of the same level. From memory it's around 80-90 seconds, depending on your Titan's health and the level of your modules.
SFU is possibly more useful for solo play if your titan survives for 90 seconds and takes some damage without being destroyed.
I'm levelling another PAK to replace the SFU on my Arthur, so will see how that goes.
