Just took a couple of days off from the forum. It was nice. Nothing has changed, that in itself didn't amaze me.
Several users can still solve all the problems, redraw better maps, and offer so many fixes and complain so loudly it makes your eyes hurt.
Yet what makes my heart warm is there is still some great people out here, offering great advice, offering support, and putting forth a real effort to make this a great place.
My apologies and thanks go out to the mods, who I will not tag because they have enough to do already.
My advice for those that are all wound up with fixes, criticisms and foul thoughts, play the game, leave the forum alone for a few days, it will work wonders for you. Seems like some spend more time on here than actually playing the game.
For those that actually are trying to help other players with hangars, new player questions, and other problems. Stay away from the toxic threads, seem like so many these days. You will be better for it.
Toodle loo,
See you next week.
Old man ?
So yep that's right Old man been blowin' bots and havin' fun!!!!! Exit stage right. ?

Thanks dangit, as usual your advice is both sage and timely. I've been contemplating a break of my own from both game and forum for the past few days... and dailies have been full at 5/5 for most of the past week. The smart play is always to spend more time with things you enjoy and less with those you don't. The tricky part is recognizing when something has moved from the former category to the latter for whatever reason. Maybe affection will return after a little time away from associated irritation... and if not then at least memories of irritation fade fastest. Cheers to all the folks who keep things interesting here - see you around!

Exit stage right. ? You are really on to something here, I never thought about it until you brought it up. I used to come to this forum to check out new video's or read new ideas on game play. I didn't have a forum account because I didn't have time between matches to bother. Then the MM shift and I found it interesting that I have gone the other direction, the forums seem to be where I spend most of my game time and I hardly play the damn game. TBH I feel as though it has made my whole Walking War Robots experience rather toxic, not because of the forum but because I really have become very unsatisfied with the game as of late. The game is where I used to take out my frustrations from the day... Wow a real eye opener this has been. This really should be in General... lol. A very much needed break it is...

Even better than taking a break from the forum is taking a break from the forum AND the game. Pro Tip: Works even better if your upgrade queue is empty.

Exit stage right. ? Yeah... good thread. I am not going to take a break, but i won't be posting any more complaints or whatever for a while, since I only exaggerate and can't tell a memory of a bad experience from my actual battle results... I apparently don't have eyes. *shrugs* Just gonna answer questions or shoot the poop with ole' Dirty, Panda, Blast, Boom, and the other All Killah no Fillah folks on here... Including you, Ancient One Cheers! Hope you kill a few bots today, sir!

dangit please stay away. The longer the better. I like using your iPad to visit the forum. ? Much better than my old iPad 2. I say this because, I think I can still out run him. Hopefully. ?

Sooo... I forgot this and complained again... lol.
Back to stealth mode with the occasional opening of the bomb bay doors for advice or snarky comments, but focus on the crap state of the game is now lost. I will choose the Blue pill.
The Matrix is fake, the dream is real.

I'm with you dangit. Going to delete account here after this post. A few probably less than a dozen have created a toxic dump here.

Totally unfair for you to bring perspective to this forum! good to read your post - I'm taking little breaks from the forum and the game and I'm much happier these days.
