I deleted and re-downloaded War Robots as I had hundreds of times, but I have been trying to connect with my account for over an hour and it won't connect in Game Center. It keeps starting new accounts. I sent one last Help request to War Robots, but I'm not optimistic. So after 3.5 years of playing...I've lost it all. I don't understand why you just can't enter your player ID to connect with your saved progress. Even with all the frustrations, I really enjoyed the game. I am NOT starting again. I hope I'll get a reply from PIXO, but if not, Thanks for all the advice and laughs. I don't see much point in lurking in the Forum if I've lost my game. So, Goodbye for now. I hope I can retrieve my progress.

This is kinda funny. For the longest time I’d been trying like hell to start over fresh, but no matter what I did, it kept reverting to where I left off. There are probably a few other things I could try, but I know where it’s going to end up so I can’t really see any reason to put that much effort into it. Strange though that you’re not able to connect to your old account.

That sucks. I hope you get it back. You were only a few bots away from a Royal Flush. Not looking good. That’s why I don’t want to start again, plus I have a lot of maxed bots and close pilots. I just won a Minos and a Shell! I was going to spend 700Pt on an AM too. I’ve been trying to fix it for almost 3 hours... I just deleted it, for the last time because there’s no record of my help request. So unless they can e-mail me, I’m done. |

Why did you delete and download hundreds of times? To reset the ad usage and to get rid of the ‘change’ button on tasks. I did it maybe 3-5 times a day. Ouch! No no, you don’t have to do that  There’s a trick to resetting ads on iOS. So you’re in War Robots, swipe to settings and set the date forward 1 day, then swipe back to War Robots. Wait for Game Center banner to appear then toggle to the screen with the ad and it’ll reappear. But don’t run the ads yet. You can but they might mess up and be a hassle to get back. Just, once you see that the ad button is back swipe to settings and turn back on ‘set automatically’ then swipe back to War Robots and wait a few beats. Sometimes the Game Center banner shows again, usually not, and sometimes it shows the sign-in Game Center dialog. Doesn’t matter. Quit then relaunch War Robots and the ads are reset and ready to be played and can be reset again. As far as “get rid of the ‘change’ button on tasks” I don’t know about. I think you must mean that you play ads on the tasks but after so many ads it shows a change button there instead and you still want to play ads on it. I don’t use ads there but I think this ad reset trick should work because it’s worked for every other ad place I’ve tested (supply drops, upgrade speedup, workshop speedup, operation task speedup, bronze chest). I like doing daily tasks, but only certain ones, so I want a change button instead of ads. The trick here is just in getting to the task screen as quickly as possible. Find the feature in the splash screen which the task button will appear at and flutter that spot until it clicks then quickly hit the daily’s tab and usually the change buttons will be there instead of ads. Doesn’t work on those launches where War Robots shows all its sales and news, and you don’t always have to be super quick, like up to 5 seconds, but usually it needs to be pretty quick. Summary 1. You’re in War Robots 2. Swipe to Settings and set date forward 1 day 3. Swipe back to War Robots, wait for GC and toggle screen until you see the ad button 4. Swipe to Settings and return date to set automatically 5. Swipe to War Robots, wait a few beats, then quit War Robots 6. Launch War Robots. Can now play more ads and keep resetting them |

Disaster averted. Heard back from PIXO and they said they could see my account but I wasn’t logged in. They told me to try again. The problem was that I have several e-mail addresses, but I thought I was using the same as my iTunes account. I was wrong. I cycled through my different e-mails and passwords and found the correct one and set it on my phone. Apparently, I have 3 different Game Center accounts now. To sum up, I’m not quitting War Robots just yet. Thanks for the concern.
