I got one w/ a champion crate, 5k A-coins, 75k creds, and 20 keys. It depends on how much you've spent.

Interesting. I didn’t get the 19.99 offer recently, but got the 9.99 and 4.99 offers simultaneously Saturday morning.
My 4.99 offer was just a little better than their everyday 4.99 offer.

I think I got the same deal a few days ago, but mine was for $14 CAD. It basically had an Amateur crate, a bunch of credits and 1200 A-coins.
