So there are three chests for the Christmas Event. Which one do you want to open?
I might go for the 100 Token chest because I want to win a Nucleon...but since it's in the WS now...I would like to get the Ardent Blitz and there are a lot of special bots and weapons, so I'm thinking the odds of getting a decent prize is better.
The 200 token chest has the Typhon and Sonic weapons. You'll probably win a lot of sharts mostly. I don't really care for either of those.
The 400 token chest has Titan Weapons, Minos and Drone and drone 「dookie」. I really want another Squall and Cyclone and wouldn't mind the Minos, but last event I received a ton of Chips which really soured me on the whole event notion. I don't know. If I get either the Squall or a Cyclone it will be a savings of Pt, because I won't have to purchase it outright but I know I'll get a bunch of Chips or maybe a Papaloma virus Hawk which I also don't want/need. And the Hawk sells for the same as any other bot but costs hundreds more tokens to win.
What are you thinking?

It's weird how they give you a flash of three things you have a chance and then you pick one which the cynic in me has a little voice saying "bollocks I'm picking this, it's predetermined." I'm also of the opinion that is a more addictive function of gambling. The giving you a hint of a win followed by a loss. Very poker machine like.

Dont mind chest 1 too much, more bots to upgrade. I kinda want to focus on a set of bots that I like and go all in, meta or not I do not care bc cannot keep up anyway. But since the manhandling received of the music weapons I am eying these a bit... New bot, nice but prolly not. I like the drones, although I’m afraid PC cost will be activated once they have found their way into ppls hangers, like myself. New titan may be nice since Ming is rly struggling but I like gunship concepts so I’ll stick with it. Guess rolling for drones it is, try to get chip, gold drone and weapon chip, then move to music chest : )
Ps. The new pilot gives 900 defense points... that’s invulnerability right?! Fortunately for Z secs only... whatever that means...

For the probably 3 chests I'm going to open this event their all going to be 100 chests, won some scorpion components today. Was hoping for leech ones, possibly some weapons. There's just a 「fluffernutter」 ton of actual complete bots and weapons in that chest and its ironic because I know I'm not gonna win one.

the 200 chests until I got the first special prize. Then, likewise the 400 chests until I have the first special price, and the remaining ones for the 100 chests. I am hoping to open all three special prize one each of the chests.

When the dash bots came out it was some kind of card flipping game - that also felt like some very rigged gambling mechanic. |

For crying down the drain. I finally get to ‘open’ my special prize 400 token chest and... it jams up, so I can’t actually choose a prize. So I restart and what do I find? I’ve been awarded another useless Grom. I’ll add it to the pile of useless Groms I guess. I’ve contacted support, but I’d be amazed if they do anything.
