I think he's just in an unlucky streak...yeah, that's what I'm going to go with. Still, Div2 isn't that far down. I question what he's going to see in Div2 that he isn't seeing in Div1. If that's the case, he's not doing it right.

If that's the case, he's not doing it right. Division 2 AI is significantly weaker than Division 1 AI. Especially when translated to the tournament AI distribution. Remember how AI were pushovers until the later half of D1? Yea. Still enough of an advantage to get 3-400 points a tournament match where other people will only be pulling 200 points a match. |

I can vouch for this... I am slowly gaining Div points... but still in the top half of 3, almost to 2, and if I get all bots... it's a cakewalk with 300 points per game being the average. When I roll with folk in squads that are in Div 1, it brings theirs down a bit and mine up a bit, I think... not 100 on that though... so don't quote me.
But yeah, that's why I am slowly crawling my way outta Div 3... with anything near an average R4 hangar, it's a breeze. Feel like a clubber sometimes. But on the flip side, they don't explain that to players, and I have definitely enjoyed the rewards... shameless as it is lol.
If I had about 2 days of 3-4 hour play sessions, I feel I could get firmly into Div 1. But that ain't happening lol. RL has me by the cojones, lately.
As it is... I normally get about an hour a day and 3/4 of that is Tourney... (I'm being all explanatory since a Div 2 player was called out for tanking... I just stopped playing CPC for a while... until Redfiend explained the correlation with Tourney bot levels. That dude may have just stopped playing CPC, too? I mean, he has a lot more XP than I do... but it's possible... right?) EDIT... nevermind... dude knows what he is doing. |

Only a 536 strength hangar and 6,668 XP, but by 8:00 this morning he already had 8k points, and was offline. A couple of hours later he was up over 11k. I’d love to get the kind of opponents he had to be getting to rack up points that fast. Assuming I could average 200 pls a game, which is very optimistic considering the opponents I’ve been seeing all day, I’d have to play about 40 tournament games to catch up, assuming he doesn’t jump in and fire off another 3k points. Not worth my time or the tickets. Gonna be hard enough now as it is just staying in 2nd/3rd. |

Check his favorite mech in his hanger and if it looks suspect, then report. Plarium does stuff about people like this. |

Something about the LA8 at early levels like that. I think they may be exploiting something. |
