Same name slightly different effects. Would it matter if I did 7 of one and 3 of the other? I'l probably give it a try this afternoon anyway since I have a couple of spares, but I'm curious if anyone has tried it.

I’d like to think that the highest count input chip will drive the results, but probably....

You need 10 of the same to get 1 of the same. You don't have 10 of the same so it must be random. Right?

I did wind up with a reconstructing repairer of the 30k type. Doesn't mean it wasn't random, small sample size and all that, but pretty happy with the outcome.

Don’t remember, honestly...seems like it was not *too* long after drones themselves dropped...don’t even remember how exactly I came to have 15 battery chips in the first place.
The Control Resistor I ended up with is blue, so I guess that means it’s T2?

I would tell you if even I knew how to combine microchips. The interface strings are so confusing and poorly designed it is ridiculous. Pixonic has made it so confusing I have not even bothered after looking at a few times.

So I can use 10 Control Resistor and 5 Battery = 1 Control Resistor? I read that the chips combining was changed from random to definite. But not sure is it a must to have 100% same chips type to get same chip.

Yep it must be 100% same to get same.
All the "useless" free chips I get, I just tip in 14 of one useless type and 1 of another, then use an add to get the free combine to hopefully land something of less uselessness.

I have misread the earlier posts. The 10 of the same must be referring to T2 to T3 so is still 100%. Ok so I can mix 14 Battery chips with 1 Control chip and this can be anything else. Lottery indeed lol. Thks!

I have the feeling we are going to need them later on when we are eventually running tier 3 and 4 chips, unless more powerful drones are released (which is another possibility)

But not sure is it a must to have 100% same chips type to get same chip. Mixing chips = A result that is often the worst case scenario. I waited around 3 months to get ONE MORE T2 Suppressor and the ONLY way to get one was to spend $100 on some sort of drone-combo dealio. (I am not exaggerating this.) So I got impatient and combined 9 suppressors with like one battery and got one T3 control resistor which I hate personally. FWIW I hear that control resistance doesn't work against another bot's special ability like Blitz or Cerberus so for the most part why bother? If you want to resist control you'll want a level 1 AC module. Don't waste those Battery Chips in the long run I find them very handy. My Phantom drone is pretty killer because of batteries.
