Attention members,
We have been noticing an uptick in necroposting, which is the act of commenting on outdated threads.
An outdated thread does not necessarily refer to the OP, if it is a subject of recent ongoing discussion.
Recent means within the last couple months.
What happens is the poster doesn't check the date of the post before responding. Because this brings the thread up the charts for activity, other members then start commenting on something no longer relevant.
BEFORE COMMENTING ON A THREAD, PLEASE CHECK:
- Date of original post (OP) - Dates of most recent dialogue
Please keep threads current and relevant. Thank you
