Pretty sure this is their first actual event. Last year the game was still in alpha. After moving to beta, the only "events" were server-side competitions that predated the current tournament system
That's obviously a clown skin for panther.
Should be interesting, could be nothing but more gatcha because there isn't much they can do with actual gameplay.
