MA: What is the Theoretical Maximum Hanger Mech Power?

Bot power is generally measured in accordance with the weapon set the bot can carry.
For example: a 3.7 light mech with 2 4 cost weapons at 3.7 comes out to the same power rating as a 3.7 heavy mech with 2 3.7 8 cost weapons. Maybe a difference of 1 or 2 points, but the minor differences level out later.
That being said, what I've seen of Rank 6 sets and their weapons places an individual mech's power rating around 700 and some odd number.
Theoretically, a five bot max rank, max level hangar should be somewhere between 3500 and 3600. Guardian, has a unique power rating apart from it's weight class. Every other bot in the game has the same rating as every other bot in it's weight class at the same level. The same goes for the total rating of weapons filling an energy cap at level. For example, when all weapons are at the same level, weapons equipped to fill 12 EN come out to the same power rating, regardless of whether its 6+6, 8+4 or 10+2.
