I've struggled with this map in the past, but the most successful person I've seen put Javs on an Ares and went to the top of the highest platform and hid behind the boxes up there. He had a great vantage to be able to lob death from above. Anyone else have good strategies on this map?

MR Ares or RPG Jugg in one of the semi covered areas at either side of the map.

I wracked up about 14 kills while playing with folks in my Friends list with LA8 Ares. Works great on the ramps when you know you have a good team down below and you pick off low HP mechs with well timed shots. Also works great if you have that "take damage on Ares shield" task cause you can just out in the open and time your shots while working towards that task.
Other than that, my go to mech is Jav6 Killshot. I can get into position faster and also have a decent escape mechanism or a 3 weapon.

I got bumped up to Expert, so today is my tourney ‘off’ day. But the one game I did play, aside from being the only one on my team killing anything and otherwise getting wiped all over the place, up top with javelins from behind the boxes is where I had the most success as well. I also had a little luck with LA’s on Panther. But the reds were pretty aggressive between forward pushing and flanking, and the blues were totally useless, so I spent most of that match with two or three reds on my side of the field with no blue support. It would have been a very bad day, so it’s a good one to stick to CP games. Mission totally accomplished for the off day.

This is my off day for the Tournament as well given my low level. I did one match with Jav4 Killshot. I went to either side of the map. There is a ramp area that gives good cover. There is some roof top sections so can't shoot the Javs blindly, but I got good curves on my shots and picked up several kills. I have the do damage with Killshot ability today, so I did ram a few bots as well. Look forward to playing this map for real in a few days.

Snipers, bullets, beams, and javelins from the rafters. Missile racks on the ground floor.

Never thought about using the javs on juggs. Been using killshot for this map. I did run into a couple of matches with a red and rms. Took me out from up top.

Y'all are pretty much covering all the good spots from what I can see...
I know y'all don't like this build but I like using the MR KS in one of the two buildings on the sides... it can peek out and shoot a rack and then back into cover or down the ramp pretty quickly. Can also go down the Red's ramp and just wreak havoc from behind their lines for a couple of shots, and then retreat right back up into the little building. Have to keep tabs on enemy snipers and watch to make sure they aren't surrounding you from both ramps, but otherwise, it works well.
