It isnt available in Asia either. You can download it from the dev, but then you will NEVER be able to make any purchases ever.

You can make an account through the settings interface of the game to save your progress. Doing so would allow all of your stuff to be loaded in when your region gets the official release and you re-install through the app store. There's always proxies.

I remember getting BoT when it was released in the UK but not US. Created a new Apple ID and made up an address in London. This was tricky because it had to be an actual street with a matching post code. Anyways finally got it made, logged in and the App Store listed BoT now, downloaded, then switched back to my Apple ID and BoT played fine
