Great musical challenge using a car alarm horn to keep the tempo. Band is BIG BLITZ out of Pittsburgh, PA.

I know, right? I spotted that vid yesterday. Leo Pellegrino, iirc. Here I was thinking he was only a good busker. Nope!

Okay I know I was bad hopefully this makes up for it BAAAAAAD I went through a period of time where I was listening to a fair amount of Leo P on Youtube. His schtick gets a bit tired after seeing the same stuff in a lot of videos, though.
That said, still quite a musician. I stumbled across a video of him (younger) and a number of other guys doing what amounted to a marching band thing through Pittsburgh. Quite entertaining.
Found it!

Poopface : Agreed on the schtick and even the full-spectrum hair coloring but he's new to me and wow can he work those keys. In a world where it is nigh on impossible to make a living in ANY of the arts, if Leo P pays the rent playing sax he's a frickin' genius. More power to him. "Local Busker Makes Good." Jeebus, maybe there's hope for his generation after all. And by hope I don't mean, "Hope because his generation is full of losers" I mean, "Hope because my generation has handed him an indebted, polluted pile of poo."

When I first saw the thread title I assumed it was about Too Many Zoos, and not the OP's video... just as I was warming up my joints to visciously type in a reply that pointed you to the TMZs car horn vid... I saw I was beat to the punch Leo vids occupied about 2 weeks straight for me a few months back... that rendition of Moanin' (written by his majesty, the one and only, the grooviest jazz composer of his time, Charles Mingus) was on point. I agree about his shtick getting a bit tired if you just tunnel in on him, but damn it's a fun ride! That OG drummer he had with him when he was with Too Many Zoos was pretty fun... he wasn't a virtuoso or anything, but it was pretty great seeing someone do it so differently. I remember thinking the Horn player had a break-in period, most of the early vids with him he was very... wooden? Eventually he started to loosen up a bit and get into it, but it took a little while. Not taking away from his playing, at all... just an observation. Anyway, cool thread and it was nice diversion today!

ⓣⓡⓘⓒⓚⓨ48 : Munki is totally to blame. It was a crazy journey for me. All I did was YT search for "Car Alarm Challenge" and then BAM! that turned into Too Many Zooz which turned into Leo P and now at this moment I'm looking at: toomanyzooz.bandcamp.com/I've always appreciated a decent busker and will often donate when so many people couldn't be bothered. And that Leo P contrabass sax vid above sounds improv and he OWNS that MoFo. Gifted.

Wow, this thread was not what I expected from the title. I assumed it was people sharing the music playing in their head when then trigger the blitz ability - like a blitz theme song.
(FYI - I find myself humming the theme from Magnum Pi, the original series, when I trigger the ability. Ballroom Blitz also pops in sometimes).
