I write this because I know there's been a lot of trepidation and nervousness about my being a moderator. I find these reactions to be understandable but I wanted to allay these fears and put everybody's mind at rest. My intention is to bring the Moderator staff into a bold, new direction and yet embrace the old traditions of this forum. Probably the best way to sum-up would be with a video because a picture IS worth a thousand words:

We were very apprehensive about adding that Deadeye guy, but he has pooped the bed far less than we thought he might be capable of. That's been a pleasant revelation. |
