To me, I'm super picky on what I give 5 star ratings to movies. My average score is 3.5 stars but very few achieve the rare, desert island pick of 5 star rating. I know this is highly subjective but 2 that leap immediately to mind are:
The Incredibles Many people have cited this scene as one of the most tense in movie history:
This still cracks me up:
I love the eye-roll when he flubs during his monlogueing:
Guardians of the Galaxy:
Honrable mention at 4.9131459 is Guardians of the Galaxy 2, love this opening scene:

C'mon Blaz.... Tango and Cash. Fun and funny, but that cheese didn't age well.
Avoiding some of the usual picks (The Godfather, Schindlier's, E.T., Pulp Fiction, etc):
-Hereditary -Primer (crazy good low budget mindbender) -Southpaw -District 9 -Murderball -Let the Right One In (or "Let Me In" for the amazing remake if you don't like foreign movies) -Warrior -Green Room -Trollhunter (2010, amazing Norwegian mockumentary, subtitled tho)

I've watched that movie 1000 times! Well, to be true 999 was between ages 7 and 9... Still 5 stars though, don't like it, you just might get F. U. B. A. R

Actually, my movie juices are flowing this morning. PLEASE go out and see " The Treasure of the Sierra Madre". Do NOT blow this off because it's old and in black&white. YouTube has clips but many are spoilers. When you watch, put your phone down, make popcorn, and give it your full attention. YOU WILL THANK ME. I am stingy with the 5 stars but, yeah, I've gotta give this one 5. It STILL holds-up after all this time. Sheesh, it might be better over time.

Well I have a couple,
First off is The Emperor's New Groove,
One of my all time favorites, it's a funny and clean movie that will crack you up. It would normally be 4 stars but because Kronk is in it he gives it a whole star by himself.
The other is Edge of Tomorrow (Live, Die, Repeat) it's funny and action packed, like groundhog day but with more aliens and fighting.

Jeb : I love me some 5th Element. Desert island flick there. “Nice hat.” Phycoshot : Man, where’s the buzz about Edge of Tomorrow?!?! I’ve seen it around 6 times and it never fails to entertain. It’s great on 3D Blu-ray.

True Romance(Tarantino's best screenplay) Kalifornia(Brad Pitt's best role) Star Wars(like c'mon that was genre defining) Unforgiven(Best non-spaghetti) Two Guns(awesome buddy cop type film) Iron Man(the 1st is still the best MCU movie and Downey Jr was like, the best casting job ever) The original Halloween(another genre defining movie that I MUST watch every year) The Departed(so many good gangster movies, but this one was just awesome...Casino was close) Dark Crystal('Cause I was a kid and Krull just wouldn't make this list) Jaws(be honest, no other movie has ever affected you IRL like this one did)

Forgot one, I guess I just like funny movies so...
NACHO LIBRE! One of the funniest, lamest movies that had no reason to exist. But I am sure glad it does. Anne you or course have to have nachos while you watch it, it would be a win not to.
6/5 movie.
