Titan "Cannibal Reactor" and "Optimized Charger"

So Cannibal Reactor is like an AMR that starts at 29% more damage at lvl 1 BUT it only affects Titans. Optimized Charger starts your Titan charge bar at 25% at lvl 1.

With all the complaints about Titans dropping too fast in the game, I can't 「fluffernutter」ing believe Pixo would add a module to drop them even faster. That said, I don't know how many people will want to give up a significant amount of damage or HP to do that.

Cannibal Reactor is just a giant FU to anyone who level Antimatters - sure, it only affects Titans, but killing Titans is a Titan's primary job.
