Noodles is a fun, big bumbling reverse leech. He’s been my main titan as of late. My only problem has recently been Arthur’s. They can always peek over cover and get me, and my 4 betas have trouble taking care of the massive health pool that is their shield lol. Otherwise though, being a big support titan is a fun change of gameplay in comparison to every other titan, meant for assault. Finally maxing Nodens really made a difference. I still haven’t leveled my weapons. I’d like to see some feedback on Krait first. Arthurs are tough, but I can take ‘em more often now. Minos is not much of a challenge. I just have to worry about swarms. Lately, I’ve been surrounded by Arthurs, Minos or a combination of the two and that’s not easy, but I get a lot of damage points.

Peeking over buildings is my favorite part of running an Arthur. It does a fantastic job stopping assaults and dealing with Goon Mings. It's in my FU hangar now. I switched over to Nodens for a couple reasons. First, with all the shells around came more fire and ice setups. Getting caught with my pants down was becoming too common. Second, I needed a better healer to pump honor for event coins. I refuse to pay for them, so gotta optimize earning them. I was running a Tyr, but it couldn't outheal blue Nodens. Third, i felt an Arthur "readjustment" was on the horizon. It's too effective imo for the cost. Perhaps not though. Titans overall seem rather balanced. Hey Browncoasts, have you upgraded your guns at all yet? Looks like you've been focusing on the Titan first. Amazing how effective they are standalone. Oh, one other thing I noticed with Nodens is my average dmg score dropped quite a bit after switching over from Arthur. My dmg output per battle is significantly higher overall because healing, but that doesn't get factored into the average. Not that it really matters though, I know. For some reason my ego is tied to it. Nope. Still haven’t touched the guns yet. I’m still waiting on my second Cyclone...and to see what the word on Krait will be. I’ll probably get a Thermonuclear Reactor first. Once I get the weapons maxed, I’ll be invincible.

I feel like they’re too specific to be widely useful. On carrier where movement is restricted, sure. Any other map and any mode besides tdm? Too easy to ignore and run circles around. Usually they attract a friendly Arthur or two and by the time that slow moving mob has formed I’m free to cap beacons in my Minos while they helplessly lose. Your can have center, I’ll take your two back beacons. A highly leveled Nodens is anything but ‘specific’. Healer, Beacon capper, Ming killer or Brawler. It can hold Beacons like a champ while the chihuahuas nip at its tentacles. It usually takes 2 or more Arthurs to take it down with concentrated fire. And recently, I’ve been getting 2-3 Titan kills fairly often.

Other than that, I just outrun & outmaneuver them. As a tdm support bot they’re great. Other than that they’re lackluster.

It's situational, but I've used Nodens to cap center on Carrier (easy) when my teammates were too timid to break cover, cap the farm on Springfield (alone mind you) from center beacon, re-capture beacons on Dead City (center and side), center on Canyon and Valley, center and Red Home beacon on Shenzhen and nearly any beacon on Power Plant (try not to go for the one in the harbor, but in the last seconds...). In rare cases I've led the charge and taken Red home on Carrier. Rome is a little bit more difficult, but center is the only one I haven't been able to capture with Nodens I agree, it's not suited for TDM, but I don't play that mode anyway.

I finally broke down and purchased an Antimatter Reactor. I still might wait until I can get at least a 20% discount before I upgrade it.
