I had something similar happen on the test server. I was in a Galahad. My health dropped to zero, but the bot just kept going. I could still move and shoot, but apparently the reds couldn't see me or else were ignoring me. After a few seconds I noticed my shots weren't having any effect, so i ejected and the game went on as usual.
