With the new scoring, how do you manage that, with wins at 54%? With old MM it would have been easy, one -20 loss offsets five +4 wins. But with new one, what do you mean? Are you always last in your team, win or lose, or what? Last place win + last place loss = -6 points. What I meant was, how to manage "1 step forward, 5 steps back", instead of, 2 steps forward 3 steps back or whatever.

Slow steady progression from Android Silver 2 to Diamond 3 from start of leagues about 1 month ago.

Selected "5 Slots new MM is knocking me down", as movement is 1step forward & 5 steps back. With the new scoring, how do you manage that, with wins at 54%? With old MM it would have been easy, one -20 loss offsets five +4 wins. But with new one, what do you mean? Are you always last in your team, win or lose, or what? Started at 2410. I've dipped to 2295, pic shows 2391. Currently at 2408. I'm usually at position 4-5 win or lose.

Device - Android Poll choice - 5 Slots, knocking me down Bots - I switch too often, but All level 8 bots and weapons
Some observations since new mm went live -I haven't had a match with equivalent level bots/weapons. Not once. I'm always outgunned, it's always an uphill battle, this is not an exaggeration -I'm usually being put against pre-made groups -I've had more 5v6 (with my team down one) than I can remember. I was recording numbers but lost track.
I don't know why I haven't uninstalled this game yet, but it ceased being fun when they got rid of tiers.

iOS, answered 5 slots going up. So far. Haven't played that many with the new scoring yet. Apologies if I'm going off topic, but this is a fascinating Gold tier hangar.

I play only random since the League started. Progress is now steadily upward since I stopped skipping maps and getting hit with instant -20 (now it would be -18) pointers from stealth start matches. The bad side is that playing the long maps dropped my damage average 50-75K (cause I don't use dedicated mid-rangers and matches end on beacons mostly). Win percentage since playing all maps is strangely about the same as it was when I only played DC and PP. A TT or Zeus Fury might be my next setup to add to my hangar.

Android. I voted 4 slots new MM is letting me progress. But actually I would need to play more to be absolutely certain.

@team Alpha Strike how's the punishers and molots working on your griffs? The Punishers match very well with the Orkans and I'm getting much better all-map performance from my Griffin with them (over the Aphids I used to use). Canyon and Springfield are enjoyable with the Orkan/Punisher Griffin, as I can take down Gareths, Galahads, and Lancelots (especially the Ancilot - an easy kill over the Thunder/Orkan Lancelot). My prior to Griffin builds, the Stuka and DB have a hard time on the long maps since the Gary/Gal will backpedal Orkans (Aphids just plain miss) and the Ancilot can just absorb the damage. These 3 shield bots get engaged at 350-500m and those Punishers at a minimum force them to face their shield to you - meaning they aren't shooting anyone else and they can't defend against other blue bots. From a tactical standpoint, the Punishers are much more useful than either Pinatas or Aphids, as they let me assist my teammates in double teaming or converting red setups that they are weak against into something they can more easily fight (i.e. removing Ancile shields so TT Furies can kill them or blowing off BritBot shields so that PDB or Plasmhads can engage) --- and this tactical assistance is what I believe makes the Orkan/Punisher build one worth using. I highly recommend this build for its tactical usage and superior all-map playing ability. This build can even go solo into areas, however, it really shines when shadowing heavies or satelliting around blue mid-range Furies. The Molots on the other hand are strictly for fire lane clearance and to keep mid-range reds under cover. At 70K+ damage, the duel Molots cannot zero out a maxed Ancile, so you can play it like a Punisher/Orkan Griff. However, this build does allow more damage and engagement overall on Canyon, Yam, SF, and Shentzen than the Stuka or DB Griff setups. For me, fire lane control is important, as your team should be able to move directly and pretty freely across the lane I am controlling. I can perform this task in a Fury or an RDB, but the long firing time of the Molots (I fire them individually) allows me to control a lane longer (cause Furies cant take even light Molots for long at 630+ meters). In a pinch, the Molots also will perform very well at the 350-400m range (where Molots are DEADLY accurate) so knifer Griffs get shredded to the tune of 1/4 to 1/3 of their HP before they even get into weapons range. It doesn't sound like much, but that 30-50K HP you remove from them ensures a weapons blowoff or crippling in 1 salvo of your 2 Orkans --- so you should beat either a DB, PDB, Stuka, or Hellfire Griff in a 1-vs-1 unless you get jumped. Now would I recommend it --- NO if you don't play all maps --- NO if you don't play fire suppression or firing lane control tactics --- YES if play all maps (as they are more useful that Aphids or Pinatas) --- YES if you are a team player.
