Not had much experience in android/iOS screen recording so I can't give suggestions on better software, but it looks smooth and there's no considerable frame rate issues. It does it's job well.

I use AZ Screen Recorder, and other than not recording system sound (which isn't totally a deal-breaker) I'm happy with the quality of capture, it is better than running my phone through my Mac and screen-capping it. Editing-wise, I use an older version of iMovie (still on Mavericks). It works for what I need at this point (and it's free).

Quality of the video seemed very low, but the video was steady and the transitions to new scenes worked fine. The music was awesome... great song!
That moment when you jumped in behind that bot that was heading for your beacon on DC, with all of those reds behind you... I was yelling at the screen "TURN AROUND! THEY'RE BEHIND YOU!" lol

Looks like the quality is bad because it's at 360p max resolution.

Looks like the quality is bad because it's at 360p max resolution. Yea... Ran it at low resolution cuz I'm a strictly data player.. No WiFi. So it helps with up and downloads to save precious data |

I assumed you had some reason for recording so low...lol |
