New operations is out! Check it out all and post your thoughts. I just started a thread too. Sorry. I already listed my thoughts. I'll paste them here. F2P gets nerfed again! The only legendary skin is at lvl 80. You only get LPs in paid track as well as legendary skins. Looks like another FU to F2P. |

Huge disparity in prizes between unpaid and paid versions. Seems much bigger than last two ops.

Prizes definitely seem better, I haven’t done the full analysis though.
Definitely a bigger disparity between the free line and paid line, but the operations pass (even the “bad” one) was still the best value you can buy in the game.
I like that I’m getting components instead of full items, because I love me some workshop conversion!

I like that I’m getting components instead of full items, because I love me some workshop conversion! I am happy I will finally have a Cryo, already have 4 Rimes and 3 Glaciers. I also think its the best value in the game for people who can find the time to grind. I would rather have full items than components myself. If I dont want them I just sell them for silver. As for disparity...... come on they are trying to make money of this so they need to push some people why would I spend if I got allot free? They still need to fix the silver issue though! |

Rayker skin, Phantom skin, and Rime components make some what it interesting for me. Apparently they have normal (F2P) and legendary skins in operations now

Comparison between FREE Path RT and CS:
a) Cold Snap has 90 less gold. Keys, PCs, # of boosters, Ag all the same.
b) CS you get 0.18 Hussar, 0.32 Avalanche, 0.24 Falcon, 0.04 Rime, 2 common skins, 1 legendary skin (HB)
c) RT you got 0.38 Igniter, 0.16 Corona, 0.24 Nemsis, 1 common skin (I think... the Mercury one), 1 legendary skin (Falcon)
Comparison between PAID Path RT and CS:
a) Get 210 more keys, 50 more PCs, 4M more Ag, 90 more Au, same # of boosters
b) CS you get 0.82 Hussar, 0.68 Avalanche, 0.76 Falcon, 0.96 Rime, 4 legendary skins (Rayker, Ares, Phantom, Invader), 2 legendary pilots (Haechi, Camper), 1 Leech
c) RT you got 1.62 Igniter, 0.80 Corona (0.84??), 0.76 Nemsis, 2 Pulsar, 5 skins (all legendary?), 1 Legendary Pilot (Nemsis), Ancient Tyr
So overall between RT and CS for pass path you have about the same amount of resources (little bit more Ag, everything else about the same), 3 weapons in CS vs. 5 weapons in RT, a Leech in CS vs. a Nemsis and Ancient Tyr in RT, 1 less skin in CS vs. RT but one additional legendary pilot.
Biggest thing in my mind is that CS offers a meta bot if you are willing to grind to the end. Given that the Leech should hit WS in a month or two, unsure if it matters that much. If they had had a Leech at the end of RT, that would have been much more of an incentive at the time.
I am also disappointed that there is no Pt in this event. I like to stockpile resources even if I don't currently run a titan, but no option

I made it to 68 on last op, so I only looked thru the 60s:
Might be my imagination, but it seems like there’s less filler in the reward stack (‘filler’ = consumables: boosters, PCs, keys), the actual rewards bits seem a bit more evenly spread. If I only do as well this round, I’ll be reasonably pleased.
Still the cheapest rapid-resource supply in the game.
BTW: whatever happened regarding the “visual bug” on OE upgrade prices? Last I checked, scourge 11->12 is 45milllion. Not upgrading any OE stuff til this is actually resolved.

I only made it to 36 in RT so unlikely I'll buy in to this operation either. The Rayker & Ares skins and Cryo are appealing, but not worth $15 for me.

I went all in on the first two but I'm out this round.
Not enough shiny prizes, moderate resource payouts in the pay channel, don't have any of the bots for the (awful) skins, already have a Leech (Superchest!).
Looking forward to not grinding for a while.
Maybe just put those Igniters on the Rog and hop around for a while.

When I play some of them, I am astonished at their dexterity. They can mash the double Phase Shift button faster than the eye can see. Thank goodness they have another event to win a billion green cracks in so they can keep being amazing. |

A) they give Ag/Au rewards closer to the first Ops, or significant amounts if Pt
B) Legendary Hover Pilot/Skin
