... is comparably good to war robots. Playing that game makes me much more aware how much $$ Pixo is trying to extract from each player by comparison.

Although the app is still new but the way it is going, you can leave the game for 6 months and pretty much stay competitive when you get back.

Do you see it that way? all you do is play to level up to get better gear...but you can buy gear that have different designs etc. There isn't really a big difference if you have one weapon vs another other than finding the one that works best for you. No PS no Lockdown Ammo no stealth so really no advantage to have to buy anything.

Just for fun I checked some YouTube channels for COD and compared them to Manni and Adrian’s. Lots of channels but so many have insane numbers of subs and views compared to what the Manni and Adrian has. Wonder if War Robots tubers will pop up there.

I've been playing for a few days now and having a blast. I've never played COD but used to play Medal of Honor back in the day and so far it is very enjoyable.

Do you see it that way? I'm guessing at some point there's some pay to win elements that'll be incorporated but I bet they are minor. Right now, it's all about getting cooler looking outfits and weapons. Now you can get a premium battle pass which gives you more chests to open and more exp cards, but i'm overloaded with that stuff already using the free pass. It's one of those games that gets way better as your skill and knowledge increases. I'm level 39 and I try to squad with some of my War Robots clanmates that already moved over and it's insane. Folks are sliding around corners getting head shots on me. It's probably 8-15 onscreen fully customizable buttons that you use constantly versus 2-3 in War Robots. I come back to War Robots and I feel like my roadhog phantom with speed boost is slow.... i swear.

I come back to War Robots and I feel like my roadhog phantom with speed boost is slow.... i swear. do you play on a tablet/phone? Are tablet users disadvantaged? I think there's a lot of both. I'm on galaxy s10 which is good size screen for a phone and it works good. Most of the YT'ers though are on tablets. I could see the advantage of a bigger screen for same reasons as War Robots... there's just small 「dookie」 way off in the distance. Like snipers. But the phone works fine and I like that i've got it everywhere. And i can't imagine the buttons being super spread on a tablet. The bigger issue is how to hold it because of so many buttons. There's a thread i did recently i n this same section where I was asking folks how they old their device. If you start playing, I recommend you start off using a claw type set up so you can use more fingers. IT SUCKS for the first few times you play, but then you realize the advantage of hitting mulitple buttons quickly and not having to pick up your thumb. It's way more complicated and I recommend you watch some good controls videos.

Many mobile game YT'ers use PCs running Blue Stacks for Android emulation. That includes your dear Manni. Running Android shooters on Blue Stacks gives the player WASD key movement advantage and PC mouse pointing advantage.
