I'd like to find a chill clan that gets components through clan tasks. Active in chat and occasional squadding are nice too. I just got into Expert III and play multiple games throughout the day. I don't have a block of time to play though so it will be hard for me to squad regularly. I do have Discord, but may not always be able to use it while squadding.
Since I'm still building my hangar I'd really like to collect random components through clan tasks and my current clan only gets the first two levels of tasks. So that's my highest priority, but I know there are many other benefits to a good clan that I will grow to appreciate.
I'm an adult and foul language and trash talking don't bother me, but I won't stay long in a clan that talks politics/religion or that thinks it's fun to dump on individuals or a group of people for being different.
