So all my bots are lvl 9 and weapons lvl 10 (2 at 11 1 going to 11) my question is, do I max all my weapons to 12 before finishing bots or keep them on an even keel?

I am at the same point you are except all my light weps are already lvl12 as I used them on my geps (haha to all those who said gep drivers had useless upgrades for gold tier!)
I pushed my Galahad to lvl12 because I got the extra bot and shield health...next I'm pushing my weps to lvl 10, then to lvl 11 and then moving my remaining bots to lvl 10 and then lvl 11. Moving bots up this way due to the huge amount of silver to take weps to lvl 12.
then going to get weps to 12 and then bots but that will take some time at this level.

I currently have all my bot level 6 and weapons level 8, and always fight against bots level 9 or 10 weapons 10 or 11. what a 「fluffernutter」ed up MM system!

Bots.
I'm 8/8 and going to do bots first
1) damage output increases more if you have a more resilient bot - another post shows this in detail
2) upgrading 5 bots takes a lot less silver than 12+ weapons
I'm 8/8 and

I suggest weapons to 11, then 'bots to 10. That will give you plenty of time to decide what to do next.

More opinions on this matter would greatly interest me as well.
I'm currently starting to level my bots and weapons to Lvl 12 but I'm also unsure which to do first. With the old MM, it was wiser to have weapons higher than bots to gain an advantage over the competition since MM was based on Bot level mainly. However, the new MM has done away with this and takes damage as the prime factor.
In terms of cost, to level up 2 tarans and 2 magnums will cost 65 million; whereas upgrading the Griff to 12 will cost 25 mil.
Leveling a Griff from 11 to 12 gives you 9K extra HP; while leveling the above-mentioned weapons will add 3.7K damage per 5 seconds. Not really a whole lot of difference I think.
So maybe it comes down to play style--if you're on the aggressive side like me then perhaps it makes good sense to do bots first.
Any opinions from maxed out players?

Can you tell me how long time it takes to upgrade a bot or a gun to level 12? I didn't wanted to upgrade none of my bot and let me explain you why! I was doing fine with the old MM system. (I'm not a seal clubber or a gold farmer) I have 1 stalker, 1 galahad, 1 leo and 2 griffins all level 6, weapons level 8, however since the update of the new MM system I have been facing more level out opponents and obviously they have the advantage to kill 2 or 3 bots before they are killed. I going to stop playing for a while until my bots get decent HP, but I think this is going forever! jajajaja

Hi metalchano. Personally I wouldn't rush getting yourself to 12. I'm close to the end goal but that took me slightly over a year. Playing in the higher tiers against 11/12 opponents is very stressful—I must admit I miss running around trash gold/high silver when I needed a little R&R. Personally, I would level up your bots for more HP and hold off on the weapons; otherwise the added damage will propel you further up against even stronger opponents. Other than that, mismatching isn't confined to low/mid players; most are suffering from it--as evidenced by the number of posts in this forum critical of the new system. I wouldn't stop playing while you're leveling up--nothing teaches you more than losing; besides, there's also the silver you'll make win/lose; silver that you'll really need when you level everything up.

My advice, level one bot&weapons to 12/12 at a time. Start with your most useful bot. Evenly leveled hangars are a relic of the old MM.

Petevb has posted somewhere in a thread (no idea where?!) the maths behind levelling bots vs weapons and the damage output.
It sounds counter intuitive but you get a higher damage output by levelling bots first - essentially they last longer allowing you do do more damage

All are all stars in different situations. Plus my ocd would be off the chain looking at 1 fully lvl'd bot while the rest sat unattended. I think I'll take weps to lvl 11 then bots to 11 n see where I stand. Ork/aphid Griff is on its last weapon upgrade to 11 now.

Thanks man I really appreciate your advice! It is true that I'm level 30 gold 1 but I still consider myself a rookie jajajajajaja. that why sometimes I ask for advices. I going to level up my bots to 8 may be 9 for the mediums ones (I'm close to get the second galahad) and in the future replace the griffing with rhinos. thanks again.

Glad it's not just me. I do like a bit of uniformity. Plus I find it easier to compare weapons and 'bots for my play-style if I am comparing like levels. Back to the OP: I am still minded to favour weapons over 'bots: (1) the weapons can be moved around to try different load-outs; (2) weapons upgrades increase damage by 10% per level; 'bots increase HP by 6% per level. the only proviso I would make it is for lower level players - get your 'bots to max speed as a priority, speed is a great force multiplier.
