I was thinking about Tulu/Taran. Hit with Tulu when closing the gap to Taran range. Pre-damage shields before plasma burst.
Hard to test against max hangers though. Would be nice if test server had other options than max hangers. Would be easier to evaluate proto lights and mediums.

Just played a few rounds with the new light and medium bots. These bots were too easy to kill relative to current bots (all max level with max weps). I actually preferred the griffin or Patton to these bots as you had access to all four hardpoints all the time. The switch between weps is so slow that it is not as useful as I thought. Same thoughts as those shared above on the heavy swap bot....switch out needs to be faster to make these bots attractive and they need better health.  |

The new bots are VERY attractive to me. I can't wait until the first few days after release where they're charging all over the place, squishier than jello. Gonna be oodles of free HP to go around in damage points...muahahaha...I'll be waiting for them. XD

On the Heavy.... If you stick two anciles on the heavy slot which is not in use, would the shield still be active?

For the medium,Id say he should like have an ability called 'Beast Mode'instead,he would use all four of his guns(medium)and activate an ancile shield(that regens 5% per second)and have an increased speed same as rush ability
And again,for the light bot,instead just give him the HP of a cossack,and make him a fast and agile yet fragile patton
Should I put this on the bot idea thread instead?

I soooo want a hanger full of jesse, all with different color gekkos, maybe one with noricums. Wish you could fire all 4 at once, lol. It'd be rave-tastic. Or pinatas, it'd be a fabulous fireworks display.
Of course I'll have to collect at least one each, just on prinipal.

I'm sitting on a pile of au and wsp by now. Don't know if it's worth the wait. Should I get 3rd Galahad, 1st Rhino, MagGep or just wait?
From what I read here, the bots do not seem to improve any hangar if not buffed until out.

I think Doc is a reference to Doc Holliday, and Butch is to Butch Cassidy. IMO neither name is particularly fitting, and it's pretty weird to have bots named after nicknames.
It's a bit odd that we're getting more American themed bots- I'm pretty sure that the TMC faction is also American themed, and the old Fury model had US Army-themed markings before they were removed a while back in update 1.4 (The Iron Crosses were also removed from German bots in the same update- neither change was publicly announced). The aesthetic is a notable departure from the TMC faction, and the new bots possibly represent a splinter faction, possibly a US rump state.

Yeah, the names kinda lame. Colt, Lawbringer, Peacemaker. Widowmaker, Outlaw, Bandolero, Apache, Yuma... All cooler sounding names for bots.
