New and signed up here to get the latest info on B.O.T..
You guys can call me AmbiMagi for short, If you like.
I used to play WarRobots (not my proudest moment) waaay back in the day, but ditched It for the far superior BattleOfTitan after pix made their whole game model pay2win, completely devoid of skill, and just unbearable to play anymore.
Thought I'd say hey to everyone and stuff and put some feelers out for any of you guys who know the latest on B.O.T. and where I can find their official forum. Please don't show me anything from reddit, I can't stand that "politically correct" tyrant-modded 4chan-poser of a site.
And remember! Whatever you do- for the love of god, don't excite a magikarp.

Not too much BOT over here lately bro. Some of us had high hopes and tried, but the lack of many things there brought us back here in disarray. orionpax, ѻﻭɼﻉ Ⅎ₹ѺC₭₩ELDEℲ₹ and bronzeknee if remember well, were regulars in a forum over there but it went cold long ago, I don’t know if they revived it or signed up to another since I haven’t tried for a long time either, but I guess they can help you better than I can |

Also it was a bit too slow, specially if you’re used to how violent things are here in War Robots War Robots is definitely more fasterpaced- A.D.D. tailored than B.O.T., but the slower pace allowed far more opportunity for tactics and skillful strategy gameplay I found, which I still prefer. |

Lots of standing around and lobbing missiles. It sounds like you weren't running or building any assault-type mechas. Maybe you just needed to change your hangar to mite and shon based warfare to suit your style. I wonder have you ever crawled on a Tirpitz and completely dismantled that behemoth all by your little self? It's extremely satisfying. |

The only good thing that B.O.T had, was realistic mech moviment which War Robots has now with Fenrir, Tyr,Loki. There is one more thing that I would like pix to copy from B.O.T, dust cloud when meches walk in desert.

There is one more thing that I would like pix to copy from B.O.T, dust cloud when meches walk in desert. What about the weapon surgery? One of my favorite differences that War Robots doesn't have. That attention to detail they put into every part of the game that showed they really cared about the game and the player's experience. As opposed to pixonic obvious lack of detail and indisputable lack of care about their game or their players. A crude but simplified way to compare the two is: B.O.T. is to WarRobots as: quality over quantity is to quantity over quality. |

Dude that looks fun as hell, but from the looks of the game and pinpoint aiming scenes It doesn't appear to be possible to play on mobile, which is my gaming platform that I've used for War Robots and B.O.T.. Yes. Super Mecha Champions is a Battle Royale. You may or may not like this genre but I am discovering fundamental advantages to this mode over deathmatches, team deathmatches and other game modes. Why Battle Royale, like MOBAs, is a game mode that is going to stick. Fortnite is recently adding a robot, and the entire community is up in arms over it. The difference SMC does is that mechs are not loot, every player can Mighty Morph into a Robot, and change back again. You have up to 8 mecha to choose from, but once a mecha is chosen, that will be the mech for the game. If you lose the mech, you can still respawn the mech after a cool down so long your human avatar is still alive. As a battle royale, it strikes me that the map is HUGE. There is only one map but it feels like many maps stitched together into an entire city. Its supposed to represent a Japanese city but the sheer space and ultra modern look of it feels more like a Tier 1 Chinese city like Shenzhen. Its both a human and a mech shooter, so that is something to remember. In this huge map, you have to deal with 100 other players, that's right, this isn't a 6x6, this is 100 players in a huge huge map that looks like a modern Asian city. That idea of it blows my mind away.  Kills represent human players I killed. Destroyed means enemy mechs that I destroyed. Mech designs. There are flying and hovering mechs, jumping mechs, mechs that transform into a cannon, each mech has their own special ability. Based on different people's opinions, every mech except for the Firestar is overpowered, but that's a good way to judge balance if 7 out of 8 mechs feel overpowered in their own way. Aiming is smooth and precise, its really good as mobile shooters go, but note that some guns have intended recoil, so you cannot use a machine gun or an assault rifle as a sniper. Depending on weapon they have a cone of fire. Note you got a zoom if you are in human mode. In mech mode, you got special abilities like jumps and special weapon modes. If they wanted to, its possible to make an all mech game because their basics are so sound.        Avatar skins are well drawn too.  |

Some more SMC artwork.    There is great effort in not just the music but also the dubbing. If you take Japanese as the main language, you will get the Japanese voice actors. If you take English as the main language, you will get the English dubbing voice actors that would sound familiar to you if you have been watching dubbed anime. |

I stand corrected; thanx for all the detail. What happens If you're the last person standing out of that 100? Do you get some kind of super rare or ultra high value reward? The "Kuma" mech reminds me of: Last guy standing wins the whole enchilada, aka the Chicken Dinner. The Kuma robot, official name is Caramel, is a reference to Gundam Bear Guy.  Each of the robot designs is a reference to some of the most common styles of designing mecha. You have the Gundam stye mecha, you got the Macross or Shoji Kawamori style mecha, you got the realistic mecha. One of the mecha, the Firestarter is a reference to the DVA mech used in Overwatch. |

SMC is fun and I like the bots and gameplay. I refuse to use Kuma though. LOL.
BOT is too slow for me and as said by some already, the lack of modes and maps is annoying. Worst still, I ended up against AI a lot of the time due to lack of players. The devs are also slow to act on feedback and sometimes don't wanna listen. Why? COS THEY USED TO BE PIX AS WELL! I actually find it ironic that right now I think the current Pix devs listen better than the previous ones that went on to do BOT. That's not a good sign.
War Robots at the moment still ends up being the most balanced and you can choose to be F2P if you are not worried about keeping up with the big boys. And I like the 10 min limit. PUBG and SMC can take 3x as long for just one game.
Anyway, I previously offered that any game, whether BOT or SMC that managed to come up with 10 requests in one thread for a section of their own would be answered. So far no game has hit the 10 person mark.
