I would welcome comments to my hangar below and recommendations for my next purchase. I have almost 1500 in Gold and just over 11000 WSP ready to for next steps. I believe I am in pretty good shape currently with the hangar below having great fun. I love my Aphid/Gep. There is not much I cannot take down now that I know how to use cover and curve the rockets from behind a wall. I hope the screen shot of my hangar shows. I have not done this before. I have a Lvl 7 Zeus not shown, Tarans, and Magnums. I leveled some too high before reading the wiki about levelling. Just bought the Rog and Orks and learning how to drive it. So I know I need to level my weapons higher before moving the bots up. But I can make some buys now and level in the background. I believe the Geps wil be more vulnerable as I move up but I am fine for a while I think. So I am considering a second Zeus to build a long range platform. The first Zues seemed under powered until I got to level 7. I think I am used to the big bang from the Aphids. The Zeus still does slower DPS than the Aphids. But I want a longer range bot that can have the same kind of game impact as the Gep/Aphids. A second level 7 should not bump me too high if at all. Thinking maybe throw them on a Natasha with Level 7 Spirals until I have another bot with 2 Heavies, eventual Fury for sure, and will add Tridents. Right now though do I go for Zeus 2 or perhaps a Galahad to level in the background? I have focused on Gold weapons and bots to avoid a big bump up in Matchmaking. I don't think I am near ready to play the Galahad and sustain 80%+ wins when facing other WSP bots. I am open to recommendations. Thanks in advance. Thump

Also, what level do you think I am playing at with this hangar? I believe it is high Bronze. And I usually start with the Geps, can often go whole fight with no others. Magnum Patton is typically used only when Magnum Geps are overrunning the squad and Rog died. I really prefer the speed of the Geps to get where I need to go to impact the fight, cap beacons, or chase/kill red Cossacks.

Wow that's a lot of victories. Well done. You seem to have the art of farming down.
I would first say that while zeus is good, its effectiveness may be lessened as you go up the tiers because it cannot damage shielded bots.
Also a Galahad is an excellent purchase, but beware all Britbots have the same penalty as WSP bots essentially, that is, they will push you up a tier at least. You are right on the cusp of silver right now.
Consider tulumbas/crv pins as a mid range set up, and of course tridents eventually.
I would have to recommend against buying Natasha, as all heavy bots, Ag or otherwise, are superior to it. Plus be aware that if you include a heavy in your hangar it will automatically push you up a tier, and you will find the consensus among the community here that you will be much better off if you purchase and upgrade the weapons you want to use on a future heavy hangar now, and make the jump when you have weapon sets for multiple heavies at the same time, starting with default level 6 heavies out of the box.

I am reconsidering now. I may use the WSP for 2 Tridents and use the Gold for a Carnage. So I will have my long term Tridents AND a fun medium bot to play with up to Gold level. I read some good things on the forum about this combo and I like the speed of a Carnage. Next bot will be the Galahad. I will really like that I am sure.

I recommend leveling your current weapons to 9 on both mediums and lights. This will put you in Low Silver. At this level, your mid to long range weapons are much more effective compared to level 6s. The tier is a bit tougher than where you're at now but you'll learn some new skills and improve. You'll get used to it quickly and before you know it, your average damage will improve too.
WSP bots: Carnage, Fujin and Britbots: Gareth, Galahad are weighted as a heavy bot by MM. The moment you put any of these in your hangar, expect to get matched with L6 to L8 heavies.

Good advice thanks. Carnage is a Gold bot though. I am thinking it will not have the same bump as a Brit or WSP bot. Thoughts?

Yes, you are correct. Carnage holds a special place in MM. During the last 2 weeks though, I've noticed Carnages with 6-5 setups and lower in High Silver matches. This gave me the idea of changing my hangar to a Rhino 6-5, Griffin 6-5, 2 Galahads 8-6, and a Gareth 9-6. Surprisingly, I'm being matched with the same lopsided setups. Most if not all of my matches I go up against high level bots 6-8 with low level weapons, low win percentages <60%, majority of them with only 3 - 4 slots. Tough games but very winnable. I call it the "Low Gold Rejects Tier"....LOL
