Ever have one of those games? Last minute, down to you and a RED; pressure of everyone watching (you think).
All I had to do was jump to the other side, continue to hold center beacon and not engage. Easy. But nooo. I was in a lvl 10/11 DB griff and what I thought was an Ancilot was about to turn the corner.
I prepare to jump over to the over side of Canyon bridge. Except it's not an Ancilot but a friggin' Gepard. WTH?
Instead of jumping I mash that big red button and dump everything on him. (Insert primal scream here.) Then really. Bad. Lag...
I miss and he kills me.
And while we had beacon bar advantage we lost because that was my last bot. I suck.

I came with the intention of posting, but I can't beat OP. Unlucky man.

... if your team-mates were any good, they would've been there at the end with you... useless lot... it's their fault, totally! :-)

End of battle, 1 on 1, beacon bars are low but red has advantage. Instead of engaging I go out of my way to flip a couple beacons giving us 4 so the red bar will go down first.
That's when I notice the timer going 4, 3, 2.. Oh crap, right, there's a timer! It hit 0 and the blue bar was still shorter: lose. If I'd engaged, the red was very low health and we'd probably have won by mech out (assuming it was reds last bot).

We fought a squad battle. We had advantage in the whole game. I wanted to eject from weaponless near dead leo to russian griff to give midrange support. I accidentally pressed the leave battle button instead the select bot. We lost.

I usually don't get embarrassed until the leaderboard at the end. When it looks like this, I'm not exactly holding my head high. I played terribly.

I was playing Springfield and was fighting on the building side. Less than a minute on the timer, very close game we were down a beacon. I see a damaged enemy bot near his home beacon. I jump towards him in my Aphid Taran Griffin and get the kill. I wasn't paying attention with my jump and end up in the big trench separating the building side of the map. Now I have to wait 20 secs for my jump timer. By the time I finally make it to the beacon, time expires and we lose by a sliver. This loss still bugs me! Lol

Embarassed? Yall should be ASHAMED of yourselves!
No, I do get drunk and forget some tact, but I critique myself on the fly.

Lets see, after 2500+ wins, that means I have ? losses, which means, uh, I have no clue.

Lol When i make a move like this, I stay there, and fling aphids for awhile. Don't jump out right away. I try to convince everyone I meant to be in that trench, b/c its a great strategic thing to do... I've ended up over the wall on the far side of the city in springfield after a misjudged griffin air raid. Turns out there's a little park there to chillax in while the battle rages up above.

Run into a shield bot....I'm chucking plasma. Run into an ancile bot...I'm loaded out with just enough pinata's to "dent" their shield for 0 damage.

Yeah, my worst games are usually the result of constantly losing the rock-paper-scissors of shields and weapons during a match or facing 2 or more good mid-range or sniper players that dominate the field while my team is hopeless cannon fodder.
