Ah, how does that guy have things like a bunch of lvl 8 pins in a newbie league, right?
Answer is, matches aren't based on hardware anymore they're based on league score.
So you can have any hardware, and I mean *any* hardware at all, and if you play badly enough your league score will go down such that you'll wind up matched against newbies.
From the looks of it, that fellow is playing badly enough to fit in with newbies. Maybe he gave his device to his kid or something, who doesn't understand the game.

No he is inside that building look closer as ?I?Ž€? said, and ya many people are playing with new matchmaing system by leaving games and reducing trophies to get low leagues so they can farm gold easily, but they dont know is some of pro players also have low level account lol  |

It was a exploit. It was possible to hack the gametimers with a hacking app. The netcode of the game moved you on every place on the map in seconds if the gametimers was hacked.
Normaly that is a servercorrection to control playerpositions (lags, bad internet etc)
The exploit was fixed with last update
i made some videos for pixonic developer team. After 6 months they patched that out.

Yeah it does look odd...that guy appears to be inside the building and able to shoot out through the walls... Incoming shots are blocked
