OK I gather that you have the most beacons out of the five at the end of the battle/time up or kill all the other team? We had 3 of 5 beacons. I was shooting the last player. And we loose? I have screen shoots but it looks like I can't upload them to the msg board directly.

The time ran out and the enemy held more beacons for more time than your team did.

Beacon control directly impacts your squad life bar - that blue bar on the upper left....note the equivalent red bar on the right side. Whoever has the greatest amount of the bar left at the end of 10 min wins....or you mech out the other squad or drain their bar first by controlling more beacons for more time.

As earlier said it was due beacon bar (territory control). If you want, check this thread where I presented my video for new players. It explains very shortly beacon control and Lock on Target function War Robots short guide for new players

OK thanks..I'll check the video out.
We had control of the Beacons in our favor for a good part of the game & till the end. Idk why we lost. Maybe the video will explain it to me..thanks

Maybe the video will explain it to me..thanks The other team must have had slightly better control and been ahead on the bars, perhaps due to a short period of very strong control earlier on in the match (such as holding 4 or 5 beacons briefly).

Nice video black grouse... awesome that you made the effort AND posted it to share... thank you!!
On the topic of beacon bars and such, its not just the number of beacons, I believe its also which beacons are held (center supposedly has a higher worth) and how long they are held in your color that matters.
This "beacon factor" is what drives those bars, those bars then drive the game, and its the end of those bars that decides the match. In short, you can totally have every 'dot' taken at the end, yet you still lose because your bar vaporized first.
(the only exception I've seen is if a side mech's out completely with more than like 8 seconds left.. in this, that side gets the loss regardless)
