This is my hanger below. I have 30,000 WP, should I buy 4 trebuchets for my Butch? Or what would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance!

Dependinng on how you like to play - if you are more the sniper / camper, then trebs - is oyu are more knife fighter, then Stalker to replace the Gepard

You have a lot of nice stuff there ...
Now I am not feeling the love for the Carnage Trident build I currently have because of the 10 second reload ... but how about a Butch with 4 Tridents on it! [Hear Bill & Teds riff in his head] Boom Boom Boom : swap rinse repeat
4 Tridents would take some very loooooong painful leveling tho'
You could make the same arguments for trebuchets ... so I guess it is choice over energy or rocket

Trident's reload time doesn't mesh well with the quickdraw cooldown on Butch. Good burst, but then you're firing pattern will be off kilter. Trebuchets (or, heheh, zenits) reload matches much better. I use trebs to decent effect. Weapons and bot are level 8.

I don't think I would ever go for 4 tridents on butch, simply because they are better on the Carnage also the reload time (on the tridents) don't synergise well with the quickdraw's cooldown. However, trebs on Butch would work well with the quickdraw cooldown, even if I don't fully charge them they'd be better than Kangs. I am more of a 'knife fighter', however I want a balanced hanger to be able to adapt to any map I am put in. Butch is perfect for the snow map for instance.

You should put Trident / Zeus on your Butch. 4x Trebs is too slow and only useful in squad battles as an anti-Fury role.

There's minimal benefit to fielding a slow, garbage trident/zeus Carnage combo. But, whatever tickles your pickle.
