Advice about best bot lineup is usually on the individual player level. What if u were playing w comms and pre planned tactics, would u give every player a different setup or just say 'this setup is the best, everyone run these 5 mech builds'? Do top clans plan overall 6-player lineups or does every player more or less just run what they want and it works out bc they're all good enough? What would b general categories for types of bots in these planned setups, and what ratios do u want them in the lineup? Statistically there has got to b a spread of best combinations of builds for each map, and that goes across whole teams, not just players.

In squads, players have a general idea of each other's hangar and strengths and stuff. I can't speak from experience as far as TT clans go, but from what I know, players just run whatever suits their own strengths, and in game use each other's strengths to advantage.
Like, my team-mates won't bother go for my beacon at all, but we will protect each other using each other's bot's attributes.

I'm far away from top tier, but even I change my hangar by running 2 support bots in a squad game, to usually 1 support in solo games (sometimes even 0). And yes, it is suitable to discuss spawning strategies, like "there are Trident Furys out there, you spawn your Trident Fury and I spawn my Zeus Carnage, protecting you".
Also, if I push with a teammate it helps to have both rockets and plasma, say 1 Plasmahad and 1 DB Griff.

In general, there are Knife-fighters, Mid-Rangers and Long-rangers. Although the specifics of the different top builds vary (ie: a DB Griffin plays very differently than a PDB Griffin or a Carnage Thunder) the roles generally let you organize your tactics (Knife-fighters, even of different kinds, work very well together.)
Pre-game, you mostly want to organize it so that not all of you drop your support bots (mid- or long-rangers) first.

That makes sense, planning to have just the right ratio of support and assault at the beginning.
That's y I very much dislike seeing those Natasha 'snipers' (lol) sitting around together in 2s or st even 3s for entire games, right up to when we lose. Don't worry tho guys, when u spend some time to upgrade and do daily tasks u will eventually make it to tiers without those stupid m072394uck39s
