I've heard this term a lot. For instance, a lot of people have been saying things like 12/12 and 4/4 and things like that. I can't really phrase them properly, because I have no idea what the mean? Does anyone know?

12/12 is the maximum you can upgrade a bot/ hangar. Generally speaking of maxed hangars.

12/12 = lvl 12 bot / lvl 12 weapon (coincidentally lvl 12 is the highest lvl) 6/9, e.g. means lvl 6 bot / lvl 9 weapon So on and so fourth

What is 8.5/9 mean? How do you get a half in bot levels?
I know 8/9.5 means weapons 9 and 10.

What is 8.5/9 mean? How do you get a half in bot levels? I know 8/9.5 means weapons 9 and 10. Fractions mean averages. Not all your bots or weapons are going to be the same level across the board. (Actually it always means an average, but fractions make it obvious.) So 8.5/9.5 would be a hangar with average bot level 8.5, average weapon level 9.5
