Looking for mature Android clani

I am looking to join a clan of mature pilots. I'm 45 years old and enjoy playing, but I'm not a huge fan of the MM system. I play on a Note 5, but have plans to purchase a joystick so I can play on my pc. (I'm not good with the keyboard and mouse). I am also about to purchase a tablet for school so I will be playing on that as well. I am a very active player and I play to have fun, not 「female dog」 about loosing.  My current hanger is 4 spots, but will soon be 5. Attached is a screen shot of my hanger. I've also included an inventory of my bots and weapons. ( I am currently in a statistics class and I am using my game inventory for a class project) (plus I am a little OCD) lol. I would prefer a clan that communicates. The clan I am currently in does not communicate other than a quick IM here and there and a game plan is never discussed. I have Discord installed now, and am willing to install a comm. app, even if it's a paid app, need be. I also do spend cash on the game so my hanger will level up much quicker than playing on game earnings alone.
