For those who think boosters don’t affect MM

I doubt that what you're seeing is the result of being boosted. Seems counterintuitive given Pixonics track record. More likely, it's your regularly scheduled mm beatdown (happens to me top) that's taking effect.
Also, when people (not just you) face squads more than they feel they should, they're usually not considering the probability distribution, i.e. a match has a 5-man squad and 7 randoms - given random distribution you will be against the squad 86% of the time.

That’s a good point and your math on the squad vs randoms adds up, however,  I guess it might be pure coincidence that when not boosted I can keep around 50% and up to 60 War Robots, and some 2 or 3 man squads and clan big names are on my side...I guess that for months I have casually managed to boost myself precisely  when MM is about to start my beat down cycle. (Sarcasm) maybe it is just happening to me cos the pricks algorithm knows I’m low on Ag and trying to grind, I don’t know man! I didn’t track all the numbers like T34 or kukurukuc do but I been assessing the behavior for months and after today I have no doubt left in my mind as you do my friend...

Bro, That’s cos even without boosts ur already boosted!  Lol.... 

Ur league Is so high that regardless of boosts ur gonna be the kinda player the lower champs get thrown against as fodder.  Lol

I reckon boosters affect MM-ing too but I cannot quantify the effects. I have this suspicion that boosted people get matched with other boosteds. But i have no evidence so its nothing more than conjecture.

However, as mentioned by others (like @nixpilot especially ) there are most likely several other things also going on amongst which the most prominent is the MM-er beat down. The beat down cycle is so severe that even boosters wont get you past the line. And even if they would, the effects would be temporary and the follow up beat down would be even harsher (with or without boosters).

Irrespective of what the answer is
• Do not boost until the up cycle starts.
• There is no benefit to using performance boosters unless you are always using them or you are in or very close to the top competitive zone.
• Use them in squad
Also when you are in the beat down cycle you might consider tanking if you are the kind that gets frustrated. If you are against tanking than throw some fun bots in and the loss will be more acceptable as a result of using weaker bots/weapons. It will get you through the 「dookie」ty allocation quicker, league points loss will be minimised after the loss of well under 100 points and you are not wasting time and frustrating yourself. It makes no difference to your team mates either because 80% of the time the outcome is going to be the same with or without your involvement. The only time this is not an acceptable strategy is when you are determined to climb the leagues.

I’ve been looking at the current cycle (different to the beat downs of the past) and it seems like MM-er cuddles come in groups of six games where despite of next to zero involvement 4 or 5 out of 6 games is a win. On a beat down I’d say pay attention and see if there are signs associated with the MM-er cuddle. After the cuddle phase, you will get semi balanced games till the beat down.

I quit using boosters when I was running out...no other changes...inside of a day I went from 30-38% wins to 50-60% and have been staying in the 50% range for 2 weeks...

There is no way I got that good or lucky out of the blue...

Maybe it doesn't happen like that for everyone...but I'm not running them...

That happened to me before the experience I posted, I was doing good for a long period until I decided to boost. Oh boy! It was like I grabbed Stan’s sister butt or something...
