Let me guess. 2 semi-balanced bots and one OP one to sell for power? This is the new formula. The OP one is the one they don't have details for yet? Smells about right. Yep. That's my take on it too. That's been the trend lately. And if one of them is not OP at release than they will buff one.

starting to all look a like. soon the only thing that will distinguish different bots is the color.

so, loki is a basically a pursuer that must come OUT of stealth to use it's weapons. Of course it makes perfect sense! Because taking down bullwarks with 3 light weapons un-stealthed is like taking candy from a baby!

Locki vs Bot w/ Quantum Radar+Scourge= 3sec vs 1sec firing time.

Wasn't Loki a bot in Mech Warrior Mercenaries? Also it had a bot called Fafnir. Original ã??dookieã? right there. If Loki named robot makes it on live, and if somebody informs EA, or whomever has the licence for Mechwarrior, they MIGHT sue their ?multiple dookie delivery chute? and shake them for some money. I believe it was Fenris, a clan mech. PIXO should take design classes from glorious clan engineers.

Watch....
The next wave of bots after the Ragnarok Squad will be the JUSTICE TEAM!
I'm thinking Batbot: Not amazing hp, but tons of abilities. Wonderwomech: Invincible shield and fires cables around bots that stun them. Aquamech: Gets 50% dmg boost if uses tridents.

"Tyr - son of Odin - and god of man-to-man combat"
hmmmm..... I wonder what monstrosity they developed this time.
Anyway, all these bots are centered around the quick cooldown gimmick. Loki seems quite broken if it has endless stealth.
Don’t worry someone will call it balance because you can pay to win with Quantum Radar

Did the War Robots factory stop making arms? Why don't any new bots have arms? Robots need arm-weapons. Weapons on head is stupid. Pixonic is creatively bankrupt. Now it's like stealth-ultra-dash, where you can just ruuuun across the whole map stealthed. And then "regular" speed is faster than Ares. Wow Pix, much creative, very wow. (eyeroll). Did you say arms?

Well I was hoping for a Thor bot with 8 built in Zeus that lock and shoot in all directions with indestructible shield and stealth flight with hammer, you know the natural progression from ares and dragon bots... The hammer is a built in ability with Swiss-army capabilities of either a quad-Zeus (come on, man, 8 is just silly ?), thrown up to 800m as a ballistic speed hell dive w 100% chance of critical hit on all targets in a 150m radius - everyone loses a weapon or is injured/speed reduced, impenetrable shield or flight. During flight, it can still act as either Zeus or remote hell dive.

During flight, it can still act as either Zeus or remote hell dive. YOU FORGOT TO INCLUDE A NEAR-IMPENETRABLE SHIELD THAT REFLECTS ALL STORED INCOMING DAMAGE BACK AT ENEMIES... MAYBE ALSO A CONTINUOUS ENERGY BEAM THAT STRIKES ENEMIES WITHIN 300m. Seriously though, why don't they just introduce a bot with auto-pilot, and then the whales can just sit back, relax, and watch. No need to pretend they are actually piloting bots with skill anymore. We're nearly there already...

I just want to point out that when the Pantheon Bots appeared on the test server they had all sorts of crazy extra abilities: Speed boost, self-healing etc.
Pix eventually dropped those abilities.
These Ragnarok bots may end up very different when they show up on the live server.

Looks like Loki could give Ares serious trouble. Also, it’s going to put real pressure on PCs with all the Quantum Radar engagements. It really is becoming full p2p, not just p2w.
Ah well, I’m easing my way out. Playing less and less these days and have gone from Champions League 8 to CL10 to CL15 to Champions League 20, and currently sitting at the top half of Champions League 30.

The Tyr doesn't seem all that strong unless the repair gives it resistance like the Mender.

My first reaction: Fenrir is begging for double ecu and double ancile set up. Loki would make it easier to break up Ares train, for what that’s worth.

Battletech famously plagerized from Dougram and Macross/Robotech and since the initial lawsuits, every iteration of the Battletech/Mechwarrior is subject to repeated lawsuits from Harmony Gold.

"Transform themselves in battle in some way." Thanks, Pix. Real helpful. I like the look of Tyr and he has the coolest name but we know nothing at all about him. Fenrir looks suitably wolf like. 1 second cooldown? Loki is not a very imaginative name but I guess we're lucky they didn't call the other two Thor and Odin. Dude, i play mobas that already comp those names. Fafnir, Fenrir.

Fenrir sounds like a BS damage tanking b*tch to me, move the 50% damage resistance on top of the Aegis shield so you have to become vulnerable to attack at full power, switch and increase speeds, and no to that 1 second swap, too fast imo, 3 seconds. Ideal balancing: Scout mode: 2 Medium slots, 36 km/h, Aegis shield durability 40000, Damage resistance 50%. "I'm slow, but i'm watching you, and good luck taking me down."Attack mode: 2 Medium slots and 1 Heavy slot, 56 km/h. "YEEEEHAWWWWWWW"Mode switch: 3 seconds I kinda like Loki, if they'd make the stealth only last like 10 seconds on activation but you can keep running after your stealth runs out it'd be perfect, also cooldown switch to nerf stealth spam. Ideal balancing: Attack mode: 3 Light slots, 60 km/h. "Move fast, kick a*s."Recon mode: No slots, 90 km/h, 10 second stealth. *Drops smoke grenade* *Holsters weapons* "ZOOM!"Mode switch: 5 seconds Dunno how to feel about Tyr but i feel like i'll have a problem with it as well. But they are pretty robots, i'll give Pix that. Opinions?

Fortunately the last time it got settled in Battletech/Mechwarrior's favor. This settlement happened last year. Harmony Gold did not license Dougram, the rights of that still belong to Sunrise, which also owns Gundam. Turns out, after the latest legal spat, Harmony Gold does not really have rights to characters and mechs designs in Macross, since they are non creators.
