I have downloaded and installed BOT, played a few games and decided instead of starting all over again may as well stick with War Robots. Frankly, which game out there has never been complained about?
IMO as long as I stick to the rule "never pay a dime on any game, ad excluded" then I have nothing to loose.

It could use some tweaks, and it's a little ugly, but so was Walking War Robots back in the day. In reference to balance/ money Vs free: Paid items are unique instead of OP. The starter bot the tutorial tells you to buy has the fastest base speed in the game when fully upgraded. Light, medium and heavy weapons have very small damage differences, instead, Burst DPS, Cycle DPS and DPM are modified more through alterations in mechanics such as Rate of fire, reload speed, Simultaneous rounds etc. Leveling is linear instead of exponential, Min/Max stats for every piece of equipment are shown in the info menu, AkA, when you click the info button, there will be two values listed for every value that changes with upgrades(IE, you can see the max speed and HP of a bot and the max damage of a weapon before you buy it) The bots themselves seem balanced, they're all capable of something, Unlike War Robots, where best bot+Any decent weapon=Advantage.

Mech battle. It could use some tweaks, and it's a little ugly, but so was Walking War Robots back in the day. So it's like Walking War Robots back in the day, and back in the day Walking War Robots was like Mech Battle. My point is, all these companies are not charity, they are all trying to make money some how, and I think that's fair enough as long as they make their money through ad, so I don't have to pay a dime. Once a game try to sell virtual power for real money, some people will love to pay for it, and there are always a difference in expectation of what being sold / bought. The difference in expectation always result in conflict between the players and the company. So as a player I always try to stay away from potential conflict that will lead to dealing with poor customer service BS.

Sincerely, Miniclip Player Experience they have had issues since either China’s new regulations for games or a dev (or dev team) left. Rumors flying but those seem the most plausible. Haven’t had league competitions since September or so, and the focke Wolfe line never came out like it was supposed to around October or November. I’ve just been slowly leveling whatever line interests me, hoping it gets in gear.

No matter the outcome later, I'd rather be an early comer that joins while the getting is good. I'll never be an Adrian or Manny, advocating positives when there is no point in staying. Currently, the game is cheap and fun, when it's not, I'll move on. The only way to keep it cheap and fun is to support the devs while they're doing right by the community/playerbase. I gladly pay money for MB so real F2P can enjoy it as is, and the devs/game are worth my money, even though I'm getting enough through grinding to be completely F2P. That's what EVERYONE that can spend needs to do, to stop good games from turning into the sorry mess War Robots is right now.

I would pay a reasonable quarterly/biannual subscription fee...might even take advantage of offers at that time... if it would help straighten out the economy drag...
