I know , I know, what clan isn't?
However, I have a group of pilots that seem like they want to get better.
I have initiated a challenge program to get players interested in really improving.
So many want to be officers but have no clue what that means in Iron Gold.
I am looking for a pilot/pilots that have made it to champ and have skills they want to share with "younglings".
I am more interested in someone that is genuinely interested in the improvement of others.
My guess this will fall on deaf ears/blinded eyes but if I can get atleast 1 pilot my job is easier.
I schedule customs with pilots so they can fight me and learn how to improve. (They pick the hanger I use)
Alot of times on a battle field they get meched out and learn nothing except to hate OP players.
We can change that and give them a fighting chance.
