Hi all, I've been playing for about a month and I have a couple of questions:
- I can see the damage levels of the enemy bots, is there anyway of seeing the damage levels of my own bot during a fight?
- Today I had to update my app and shortly after that I was upgraded to Gold Tier Level II. I don't know whether this is a good thing or not, especially as I don't really know what tier I was before. I did have 3 heavies in my hangar but none above Level 6, and all my weapons were Level 6 or below, with one Level 7 Kang Dae. I suspect I'm going to get clubbed until I find my feet at this new level.
- At the end of a game when they show my score - silver and gold won (if any) there's also a star (I think it's a star) with numbers next to it. What's the significance of the star or what does it represent?
- What do the medals at the top of the score page indicate. Are they related to the 5, 3 or 1 gold awarded on the team results table?
- What are trophies and how do they benefit you? I was reading the experience page and someone has posted this comment: "regarding the number required to join, it is the trophy count, which resets after a certain period. Trophies can be earned by dealing damage. Per 100000 damage you do in a single battle, you receive 1 trophy. It rounds up, meaning 50000 damage gives you 1 , but 49999 gives you none."
Any feedback will be much appreciated.

I'll do my best to help you out...
1) if you stick around 'til the end of a match, you'll see your kills, damage dealt, and beacons capped in the tables. You can view your average stats in your hangar by tapping the button that looks like a head - that's your pilot profile 2) With the leagues, it's going to take a while for everything to shake out. I'm on iOS and just got into League Play today. Gold tier, Diamond, Expert, etc. are all league tier levels. 3) Stars indicate experience points earned, which contribute towards your level, up to 30 (max). 4) At the end of a fight, you can get cups (trophies?) and/or medals. Medals are for Most Damage Dealt, Most Kills, Most Beacons. Cups are related to your damage. 100,000 damage = 1 cup. 151,000 damage = 2 cups, etc.
With the new league system, you also get trophies (that count towards your ranking in the current tier and progress towards the next). I think this may be based on damage and also where you placed in the table. You get bonuses for being the top player on either squad, tho winners obviously get more. The top two pilots on the losing team also get trophies, tho all others on the losing side lose trophies.

Will add a few notes: 1) Yes, its in the upper left corner, on the green bar, its a number. See the 86,722 in the photo below? That's your bots health. You cannot see your teammates health. 2) Wow, thats a high league for your bots. Hopefully you dont get placed with too many higher level opponents, but build up your bots and have fun blasting away! 3) Blurred Vision nailed it, thats your experience points earned. 4) The little medals are awarded per 100k damage rounded. They measure your "10 day activity" and are used rank clans based on volume of play. 5) Trophies as you describe in your OP refers to the little medal thingys you earn per damage dealt. Clans often set minimum volume requirements to keep mainly active players. Enjoy the game!

Blurred Vision and heavypanda thanks very much for your feedback, its really helpful. That green bar has been something of a mystery, so that info is very useful. I sort of understand the trophy aspect now although I'll need to watch it for a couple of games. The star/experience point info was good too. I'm really enjoying the game, probably spend too much time playing every day in fact! I've read some critical comments but its the best game I've played for a long time. I was really into Starcraft 1 but didn't really enjoy version 2 so moved on but never found anything that really interested me like War Robots.
