I'm tyred of being teamed up with a bunch of numpties who don't seem to understand the basic rules of the game. So often I find myself, for example, 4:2 up on mechs but 3:2 down on beacons and watch in disbelief as our remaining players duck, dive and hide until the blue bar goes and it's game over! Are these the same idiots who moan in forums that "we lost even though we had more beacons at timeout!"? Unbelievable how many players don't seem to have a clue about how the game works or what they need to do.

It's a team game for individual rewards. Silver is the same regardless of whether you win or lose, which is the perspective of many players. To be honest Silver becomes more important than gold.

It's a team game for individual rewards. Silver is the same regardless of whether you win or lose, which is the perspective of many players. To be honest Silver becomes more important than gold. This is not true, Salty. You get more Ag if you win than if you lose.

Having a team with weak teammates gives you the chance to score in the millions and reach new max damages.

no its an individual game unless you're with your clan
if it was a team game we would all get equal rewards for winning but since top beacons and top damage are what gives you rewards players have to act individually to make sure they get their share or someone else on their team will take it from them.

Unbelievable how many players don't seem to have a clue about how the game works or what they need to do. Yup, just happened to me. 3:1 up in mechs and down 2:3 in beacons and the dominance bar. Aphid Gep didnt bother to grab centre beacon which was next to him and instead tried to take down the Red Raijin. Same for the other 2 players. We lost. Wow. Just wow. Luckily I got +7 cups for damage.

I'd be a fan of making match rewards equal across the team, with greater differentiation between winning and losing sides than we currently have (maybe a 100% Ag bonus instead of 50%). I hate losing but it always seems like there are plenty of randoms who don't.

Unfortunately, that is what the current league system encourages. Selfish behavior is being rewarded. You get more points for more damage. People who spend time capping are at a disadvantage because they do less total damage.

If Pix can match up misbehaving players, why not do the same with us solo players? If I want to socialize and chat, I come here. Personally, I prefer the challenge of a random squad vs having a role assigned to me. Half the fun is improvising with the equipment you have on the map you get dropped in.
