Pixonic said they will be introducing different game modes in the future, and they were receptive to player ideas. Why not brainstorm a few of them? I'll start:
I was inspired by he old IROC races of many years ago, where auto racers of different disciplines (NASCAR, Indy, Formula 1) all raced against each in a series of races in different types of track but identical cars. Why not have a special day once per month a game mode is available where all the players on each side have identical hangars? Imagine It would be a fun test of skill. Rewards could be the same as they are now.
Fun twist: Make the bots completely random. The winner would have to be creative and think quickly. What would you do if you entered a match and all players had 12/12 Gepards, loaded with 1 gekko, 1 piñata and 1 magnum? What if everyone was in maxed Leo's with one single lvl 6 molot? Or Fujins with 2 twin Punishers and 1 tulumba?
Any weird situation we had to figure out quickly would be awesome fun.
What do you think? What are some of your ideas for game modes?

I'd like a defence game. Set in 2 rounds, you have a payload that one team needs to defend from Raiders. The payload moves from one point to the destination. Next round, they switch.
Then another game which would be a Capture the Castle game. All out brawling and stuff on a single point of contention.
On that note, I'd like the current maps to be interactive. Bot stands on a randomly placed wooden plank? It breaks, the bot falls, may or maynot incurring some damage in the process. Randomly placed barrels full of explosives they set off when some projectile/Plasma hits them inflicting some damage. Mines placed at random locations, tripwires that disrupt bots. Even covers that would break under excessive fire. Hiding from a Punisher barrage? What if the plank/metal sheet you are hiding behind suddenly broke?

A story mode adventure type thingy where we all stop fighting amongst ourselves and defend earth against aliens. Or something.
