I don’t really want to be in a clan. Makes me feel bad whether I reject or ignore. Are there still lone wolf outfits?

Yes I only play on my own, I have been invited to clans but only tried it the once without comms , so found it a waste of time.
Would like to try it with comms sometime.

I think this is the best part of the game, meeting others and (hopefully) making friends.
The game itself has seen brighter days.

I’m up for making friends and playing with people from all around the world. It’s cool to find that guy you have been running and gunning with is literally on the other side of the world. What gets to me is that clans are like a blind date audition. It would be nice to get to know people first. I was invited to join and accepted, by a very cool and good pilot on this board. He had to go but clan leader was still on. I then preceded to get lots of ‘advice’ and was told to shut up and deal with it *****. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I just wish there was a better friends list in the game. People you could get to know a little before you take the plunge and maybe go with decent players instead of some jackhole. One clan, who I thought I would have fun with wanted me to tank down 2000 points and stay there. Would have been nice to know that after a match or two. It was a waste of everyone’s time. |

Extra boosts as clan task rewards made me join a clan. It's fun to talk to people etc., but I prefer RL activities for that.

I only joined a clan so I could get the clan bonuses each day. I avoided it for a long time because I am not a big fan of squading and prefer to battle on my own. I went through a few clans before I found one that was just happy that I was putting up some good numbers for them so it is working out well for me now.

I am in a Clan.
But only to get the Clan Bonus stuff.
I think that most of the people in my Clan are in it for the same reason.
The last comment on my Clan chat was "Happy Thanksgiving".
I have never been in any squads formed by any of my Clan mates.
I can recall one time when I was actually in a game with one other person from my Clan, it was totally random.
I was like... "Hey, that dudes in my clan!"

Yes it has,being invited to join my clan was a happy time for me and it was great with all the clan comradarie and activities. It is now a shadow of it's former self as many have quit or play very little.I know umy matches are way down . |

Been gaming a long time. Yes, have fond memories of clans or guilds; it depends on the game. But, I don't miss the drama or the disappointment of friends just up and leaving. Been a War Robots loner since started.

I stay solo.. I play sporadically about 10-matches a day, at all different times and cannot do discord because some of those times are when I am at work.. So I stay solo...

I have a clan on android just for people in 6 pack that don't otherwise have clans for their accounts. No obligation for squadding or cups or anything - but for those people that do that sort of thing there are the bonus clan tasks and end of month bonuses.

Sure I have done lone wolf..but being in clan now has bonuses. Best sometimes to be in an active clan but not have to worry about discord comms if you choose to play silently.
I have two accounts in one clan and get bonuses with no pressure. Extra damage modules and health modules plus components.
You can squad if you feel like it or play silent wolf...cake and eat it too.
Good people with experience. Good to ask someone about something if your lost on weapons or bots or league tactics.
