Not in US, but we're getting hit by a tropical cyclone too. MFW when that cyclone is becoming more dangerous by the hour, being upgraded to Super cyclone status, the army and para-millitary has been pressed into the rescue, millions evacuated...and they named it Butterfly.

Tons of clean up to to do for a long time to come. I have friends up there helping family and friends out and the stories aren't pretty. For those that don't live in hurricane prone areas the daily weather reports and projected storm tracks can be agonizing!
