It's a pretty piss-poor gaming experience at the moment:
* League interface failure, leaving some of us in the dark, yet the leagues roll on in the background * Frequent connection / game performance problems * High level tridents all over the place... some of the maps are just agony to play * Droppers in almost every game (some are connection based, others maybe not)
Throw in the pin bug for additional chaos, and there's not much to like. Is Pix going to get a handle on this? Or is this just the "new normal"?

Well 2.5 was bad. They didn't fix it. 2.6 comes out and fails in a big way.
How many problems have we seen that PIX does not fix? If they do fix a problem, they create new ones. If they do something cool, they are bound to screw it up later. I don't have any confidence in them at all anymore.

I trust that Pixonic will rectify these problems and make the correct decisions

I trust that Pixonic will rectify these problems and make the correct decisions I wish I shared your optimism. I've played 5 games in 3 days, up until just very recently it was 10 games a day minimum. I don't care about events because I have never won anything even remotely decent on top of all the things mentioned above. Shame, it really was a fun game at one point.

I trust it will get worse before it gets better. The team at Pixonic does not appear to have a handle on much lately and makes me wonder if someone else invented the game and they 'acquired' it.

Pixonic was acquired by another company last March, but I'm not sure if the Dev team changed. This feels like growing pains to me. Balancing new additions to the game is always tricky. Maybe I'm just thick-skinned after suffering through a couple of EA's disasters, but it doesn't seem all that bad to me.

Maybe I'm just thick-skinned after suffering through a couple of EA's disasters, but it doesn't seem all that bad to me. I don't mean it like that exactly, yeah there are problems and they sure seem to be getting worse not better, but it's still a game and can be enjoyed enough to keep it around I think. Yeah, some days I wonder why I bother because the match making is so 「slow」, but I still come back so far. What I was asking is if the company now isn't the company who made the game. Seems to me, if I just objectively look at the data so to speak, the updates and roll outs have been mostly disaster. This should be such a good game, it is a no brained in several areas. Well it isn't is it. Add in test footage of new maps or bots or weapons, and it seems plausible that a team of kids is just lobbing out random ideas with no plan or goal in place. A moon map but no textures.. a jumping dash bot that doesn't jump.. short range trebs... isn't this odd to anyone? Plus.. let's be real.. we already have a release with many known problems and clear issues, why push another one that fails even more. Spawn points in Springfield anyone? Here, we also have a pretty impressive set of users that would make a very decent base, but I don't see where anyone here is being listened to. Is anyone here being listened to? The 2.6 is a version that failed the same day it released, and not only were all the 2.5 issues totally ignored, now we even have a new bug with this level 9 pin thing.. Really... This is a full time software company??? All in all, the game concept to me is just dreamy. A game full of armed robot death machines with guns and lasers and lightning bolts... holy crap.. this is almost pure appeal to most guys. Like having life sized tonka's or a pet dinosaur or something... but it's an idea so cool that it really isn't a match with everything else I see, like the cluster that is the rest of this mix... a great game idea that is littered with train wreck code hosted on cracker Jack servers. Correct me if I'm missing something please but, the more time passes, the more this doesn't look like their game.

I hope it gets better but Pixo seems to keep making mistakes.
I actually believe they do a great job taking input from the user group. They've improved their communication of updates, the reward system looks like it reflects a lot of broad based input, and their future plans address some of our top requests. And I do believe they are making these drastic changes to keep investing in the game and making it better.
However, as a gaming community, we rely on their coding and gaming expertise to keep the game interesting and progressing and reliable. When updates go awry or their changes cause the game to go into chaos for many, then it causes us to question their core competencies. The game itself when working right is absolutely fabulous - and that is what makes us passionate as the game play keeps us coming back, hoping it will get better. When they roll something out like leagues that is the payoff for a month of hell with the mm and then have all kinds of issues, makes me wonder if they understand if they have the server capacity or coding horsepower to really carry out their plans.

Yeah even I have started to lose my ground with Pixonic. The game is just not what it was and many problems have arose in this point in time.

Yeah, wondering if they lost some key developers when they were purchased based on the new direction the game is going. Either they cashed out or were exited but it does feel like the technical glitches are worse...to be fair, the changes are much bigger but they have been doing a lot more on the test server to understand the impacts. Wondering if the test server results are not translating to the real servers when it comes to computational load on the new algorithms for the rewards.

Mm is screwed. Pixonic has done this to make money. It takes no skill to seal club lower level bots with higher level weapons and bots. If one is poor like some of us our to level up bots to be able to play and have a chance to get gold it will take one 4 to 6 months of leveling up ones bots to level 12.

The problem is the "Fairness Doctrine". You are better than other players with a commensurate level of bot and capable damage rating. This isn't fair to those players that don't understand basic combat. Apparently using cover while reloading and flanking maneuvers is just too much for the masses. So Pixonic nerfs successful bots/weapons to help the mouthbreathers out. It doesn't matter if you gave Pixonic hard earned money for those bots/weapons...it's just not fair if you're better than other players. They deserve to win...they are entitled to win and shouldn't have to battle people that hammer their stupid 「multiple dookie delivery chute」 for walking right down the alley/valley/whatever because they don't possess the skill to peel bananas for 「slow」 monkeys.
Oh! Nerfing weapons and bots isn't enough? Well let's just complicate the entire game and throw everyone into this ridiculous mishmash that is so inconsistent that even long time Pixonic leg humpers are forced to admit the game has changed for the worse. Don't worry they say. Keep playing, it will level out. Not. So. Much. Then...after a very short while Pixonic throws another huge change in the mix. Surely this one will be functional right? Right...? Ugh...nope.
It's one of two things. Incompetence or a money grab.

Same. Played all the events, only thing I received that wasn't worthless was a WP weapon, in the last 4 months. I have played about 3 hours in the last two days just to win 8 battles to achieve a daily goal. I actually have a Lancelot that I have never played because I'm leveling him up and his weapons to a decent level before I play it and sadly I'm loosing interest anyway. Its stupid to play every round, loose 5 bots only to average 2.5 kills per map. If I die 2X more then I kill and average 300,000 damage, I'm getting my 「bum-bum」 handed to me on a consistant bases and I have been playing for months and spent $50 on the game. Its just not fun, its frustrating.
