The new Trident model looks good, but definitely needs a damage boost to be viable. The reload mechanic change is helpful, but not enough. Plus test is only FFA right now, and that’s the worst mode to possibly test the Trident.
Aside from the Trident changes, they are continuing to test suppression bots. The Invader seems improved from my last testing, the jump is more natural, and it seems more user friendly. The Blitz is a nice bot, unfortunately with no light shotguns available on test for some reason, it’s hard to really test how viable this bot is right now. The ability is pretty sweet, but without testing it in a way it is likely to be used (with gusts/halo), it’s hard to really pass judgement. The Rayker is still my favorite. The ability takes a little more skill to use effectively, and the bot is just fun to play.
